I actually cried when I first listened to Time by Pink Floyd. It was such a poignant song, demanded me to get my head out of my ass and do something. Before time has passed me by. And the solo was so emotionally charged with the years that thousands of us have wasted without purpose, I sobbed

The way you brought your own flare makes it really tasty. I love the original from Gilmour, but your interpretation is worthy of recognition in all honesty. I hope it also allows people unfamiliar with Pink Floyd and older material to get interested to dig into it. , Cheers from France! 🍻

Just wow. Progressive music tend to have the best solos out there. I love Steven Wilson's solos on Porcupine Tree. Even when they're not tehnically challenging, they're incredibly toughtful and beautiful part of his storytelling, just like pretty much every solo from Gilmour. I love blues solos and jazz solos too, but for me they don't reach the same part of heart progressive music solos reaches. Then there's Guthrie Govan on his own league.
