👋🏻 It’s awesome! It is so great to evaluate if it is worth moving to a cheaper place. The more videos I watch, the more I see that I’ve been really lucky to find my UWS apartment 10/+ years ago. I appreciate my place even more, so thank you!

When an independent coffee shop is available, I'll give it a chance. If, here in the rest of the US, I'm faced with either DD or Starbucks, I'll choose DD coffee every day. (I don't like the breakfast sandwiches from either, though, to tell the truth.)

Dunkin is straight nasty. Starbucks is better, and that’s saying a lot 😭 but I don’t like or drink coffee so I’m good anyway

@@shelbywilliams Yessss, dunkin has a bad selection, mediocre drinks, (even compared to starbucks), kinda stale donuts, and when I went there the fan was super loud so I had to basically scream at the employee.

I live in the UK and it is the same with me. I think it is because none of us can travel much at the moment. I guess if I ever need a Manhattan apartment I will know who to contact.

That studio was gorgeous. I wouldn’t have any problem staying there.

I would go with the studio personally. I like the privacy and having the whole space to myself. For $200 extra, I think it's worth it. Also, the fact that a studio comes with washer/dryer is awesome. That is so rare in Manhattan.

This is by far the BEST apartments you have shown us. The price raised eyebrows but for what you’re getting: views, location, washer/dryer, amenities that actually look like places you’d spend time in... both are a win

That studio had such a perfect layout, definitely my choice

Studio is really sweet. 2-bedroom is really nice. Would be interested to see a 1-bedroom apartment in this building.

Whoever is staging these apartments deserves a kudos, the staging will help lease the spaces. I think the hardest thing about house/apartment hunting is picturing an empty space with your stuff. Especially a studio! Both of these apartments were easy to imagine living in with the decor and furniture. :)

My dream is to work in nyc and when that happens this channel will be my best friend 😂

Stick to your dream. I had a dream to live in a certain area in Seattle I made it happen several years later. Very happy

I'd rather live alone in the studio than with a roommate in the two bedroom. Same amenities minus somebody I might not get along with is worth the smaller apartment.

"Hand of Satan" LOL. Loved the staging on the 2-bedroom, but whoever staged that studio was smoking crack. It looked like a hotel room with those two upholstered chairs. Anyway, Cashew, I would get a roommate and take the one with TWO medicine cabinets in the en suite bathroom!!

Having moved from NYC years ago and living in more space than I need, I still love the studio.....beautiful apartment. BTW, it seems that the best spaces you show are always the ones that follow you almost catching the bus as you "tumble" down the steps!

This is one studio I wouldn't mind living in. I like that the bed area is separate from the living and kitchen. The two-bedroom is also gorgeous. Love the view and location. It's a win for me.

What I learned from this video? 2 medicine cabinets are a big deal.

I normally don’t like high rise modern apartments, but these are gorgeous! Those floor to ceiling windows with those incredible views are fantastic! I love them both! The hidden kitchen in the studio is nicer.

The privacy that the studio offers is win-win!

The common spaces in the building look great, but I imagine it's like hanging out in a hotel lobby more than anything else.

They installed those medicine cabinets to make your day. Nice apartments.

I’m from South Africa and I have no plans to relocate but for some reason I am soooo obsessed with your videos. I can’t wait to see your content grow over the years perhaps to different part of the state? .... (Or perhaps different parts of the globe) ...... even though your content is centrally focused on NYC ... if you were to do videos like in South Africa. I’d definitely rent an apartment based on your videos ...keep up the good work ... can’t wait to see what the future version of content holds🔥

Your videos really motivate me to work harder honestly so I can afford this someday. I used to live in NYC and moved freshman year of High School and I am now in college as a freshman and i always wanted to move back because it's for me. Keep posting videos!

Landed a pretty good job in NYC, company isn't rushing me to get to NYC yet since we're working remote but I'd like to get over there before the summer is over. Totally subbing so i can get all my rental intel. Love this channel.

Used to live in Staten Island and always went to Manhattan. Even though I now live in Texas, still a New Yorker at heart! Yes, the rents crazy... but it’s a city full of opportunity! Love your videos, Cash! You’ve gained a new subscriber!

That two bedroom apartment was incredible. Beautifully decorated!

Nice.touch... west coast sounds while visiting the east side. Ha! Great vids as always.

The catch is if there is another lockdown all those amenities go offline, except the exterior parts. The gym in my old apartment complex (finally moved into my townhome!) is still closed even though they had a wall of windows that could be opened.

That studio would be an awesome pied a terre; love the building! PROS: amenities! Great kitchen. Fun neighborhood, and the subway is nearby, but those lines aren't my faves. Essex Market, and Trader Joe's are right there! CONS: Probably have to change trains to get to some places I'd want, and just a little tiny bit too far from the EV.

I love that 2 bedroom! Great job, Cash!

You are paying for the views, new construction and in unit laundry. Still, I think the prices are a bit high for the current market. The lounge looks nice but I doubt it will be open until covid is under control.

The studio was actually huge, but had too much furniture for my taste. I could easily redecorate and live there, but I would absolutely have to take the 2 bedroom! Love the fact that I would have an office and separate bathroom for guests and the kitchen is immaculate! I've already got it decorated in my head 😁 Even though I'm partial to the older buildings , this is so new and exciting! The amenities are off the chain! The rent for either place is a steal! Yes, I could definitely live here...that is, as long the 🖐🏽👹 "Hand of Satan" can't get past building security! 😂

The lighting in that second room is PHENOMENAL in the summer you’ll never need to use regular lights till it’s pitch black outside at like 9 👌🏾

Two fantastic apartments, great building. Not sure if I would ever use the communal space, if I had an apartment there. Clinton street looks amazing also ( Dunkin’ Donuts 😉)

The studio is one of the nicest around and that view makes it very amazing choice. The twi bedroom though is more spacious and large enough for entertaining. Add it to the amenities in the building and it is a win-win.

I’d live in a shed if it meant no roommates and an in-unit laundry. That studio is nice. Never saw the ugly building before. What’s it called?
