Those glass bubble paper weighs shouldn’t be left in the sun. They could start a fire with the sun shining through it. I had one that almost started my bay window on fire. It made some charred spots in the wood!

Theoretically, how much does one have to earn per year to comfortably afford this beautiful place for almost 9000 per month? 300k? 400k? What percentage of the NYC populace make that kind of money? 1%? 2%? No wonder there are so many unoccupied apartments in NYC! So glad I moved to Florida, the best place on Earth.
@apara2005

@@jacksonmorganfroghin4815the rule of thumb is your living situation shouldn't be anymore than 33% per you monthly paycheck. So for someone to comfortable afford a rent like this, they have to be making close 350k a year.

Another great video! But since you asked, I will answer: Ultimately, the decision lies on the individual. If they wish to honor the original Spanish and reference the golden era of Argentina, they can use Argentine. If they wish to adopt the new suffix for ease, they can use Argentinian.

Wonderful "basic" apartment! Looks awesome!
I know rent-stabalized apartments are hard to find or even not possible to rent, but I really think people like Cash would make consistent money by opening that market up exclusively. As much as I enjoy watching these, I really need to find something cheap

@HolicChan
9 ай бұрын
If you need something cheap don’t live in NYC, when I lived in NYC the cheapest rent I found was 3800 divided by 2 people because I had a roommate. So it was 1900 a month. Queens is decent though, when I had 2 roommates we found a place for 750 each, and it was an entire house. I currently own a home that I pay 670 a month for, 3 beds 1.5 baths and guess what, I can sell it whenever I want. Apartments are just burning money, buying a home is an investment because you can sell it later. Apartment is just burning money. I can’t believe I paid thousands of dollars to share a wall with other people.
I think it would be fun to see you go to Pattaya Thailand and do walk arounds of the apartments with their crazy amenities and gigantic pools next to the beach for 1/20th the cost of this apartment.
Psychic Readings "More Jokes" HAHAHAHA!
The place is amazing, the only thing wrong is the asked price. With 9k it would be better paying a mortgage 🤷🏼🤣
$9000 a month for that 😂🤦♂️ Cash is the best at being serious when it's such a joke.
Soo nice , Wish i had that 2 mil laying around, never wasted a second to take that cozy home
Happy Thursday Cash ❤

I think this is a really great furnished apartment to rent while you look for a place to buy. But I'm wondering what some typical occupations of someone who rents this place might be. 🤔 Corporate Lawyer or Financial Advisor maybe ?

Cash, next time you're in Japan, get a hold of Alex from Tokyo Portfolio. That's another great channel. I live in a basic apartment; I mean basic. It's a small one bedroom in a 55+ French Canadian building; and I've forgotten all my French I spoke growing up in the Sudbury, Ontario 🇨🇦 region. Also, I wasn't expecting to see a "booty sprayer" in an expensive apartment; why not spend the extra on a Japanese style bidet toilet. 🤷🏼♀️

I was wondering what that was ,it looks ugly against the toilet ,I’m with you get a Japanese toilet ,.😊
Nice view at 6:34 of lady sunning on roof. Haha.
first time no photoshop thumbnail congrats!
what i HATE about these modern apartments is how tiny the living areas are. I can live with a small kitchen, being in Manhattan, and having all the take out options. But, look at that living space - not even enough to fit a couch ... Lets say if 2 of you live there, i guess you can fit. But what if you invite more than 2 people over? that's it - no space, they will need to sit on bar stools in the kitchen. It's terrible for that amount of money.
Nice ❤
Thanks for update on the other half. Walk up 9 Ave. in Hell's Kitchen (that area) regularly. Definitely a sweet nabe (gentrified decades ago). Looked into moving there (far downstream from these digs) when the rents dipped with covid in 2021. Shot back up in 3 months, so stayed in my spacious, comfy studio in Queens.
Both words are correct. In British usage, Argentina is the country, Argentines are its citizens and Argentinian is its derived adjective.

Hi, Cash. Perhaps the right way to say it is "argentino" (pronounce it: ar hen tee no) I´m from Argentina, so...(I run into you last year and talk about subways in Buenos Aires and NYC in one of your videos, you probably don´t remember but I do...haha)

Beautiful! I could live there, I would want the furniture because mine would not look like that.
Being from Argentina, I prefer "Argentine" but I guess you can use both :-)
Been in NYC for almost a month and I have yet to go to a ramen place. It’s hard to justify the cost compared to Tokyo prices.
