That is such a unique space. I rarely say NYC rents are worth it, but with the privacy you each get and the multiple outdoor spaces, YA DONE GOOD!!!

Hey you mentioned the total is about $8400 and you are paying $3100 for your portion which is apparently is extra if I divide it with 3. Can you tell us why you are paying higher than your roomates?

I’ve the elevator on the right side of my building! I’ve lived on the second floor wherever I’ve wound up since I left California and to be fair, this is the first second floor residence where I finally have an elevator. 😊
