I love the Pass. I really love the "Pirates Cove" on Menge Ave. Unreal roast beef and shrimp Po-Boys. I have to close by saying....."GO ROCK-A-CHAWS".

Just purchased a lot off Henderson Point and will be looking to build a weekend getaway/ Vrbo. Can’t wait!

My husband and I just bought a home in South Oaks. We haven’t moved in yet, maybe by January 2024. We currently live in Michigan. Our best friends moved to Biloxi 3 years ago. Their kids and grandkids live in Gulfport. We have been visiting them twice a year for the last 3 years.

Thank you for this great and informative video Jennifer. I'm old enough to remember when Hurricane Camille utterly destroyed this beautiful town in 1969. So I'm a little gun shy of moving into hurricane territory. However, with that said, I've been giving serious consideration to moving to Mississippi. I am a Native Angeleno from Los Angeles (Brentwood) and am sick of the lunacy, high taxes, traffic and crime here which is sad because I was born here. However, Mississippi is looking very good to me. I am a "Beach Brat" and wherever I move I want access to the beach! This area as well as Madison are considerations. even though Madison is not near the ocean I have friends there. Maybe you can help.👍

I would love to help! I know a realtor in Madison as well! However if your beach brat you definitely want to check out the MS Gulf Coast area first.

Long Beach is very similar to the Pass. Its right next to it. It has its separate school district though. I can certainly do a video of Long Beach. It’s a cute town… many who have lived there have lived their entire life. It has more of a “local” feel like The Pass. It isn’t a tourist town like many of the other towns on the coast.

Long Beach is a very nice quaint town as well. It’s right next to Pass Christian so it’s similar. Is there anything particular you would like to know?
