I'm from BSL! I moved after high school and have been living in Cali ever since. I recently visited for Mardi Gras 2023. Although I love Cali, I do miss home and have been debating on buying property there.

I am getting a lot passed down to me from my grandpaw in the back of timber ridge in Pass Christian Right off the bridge. Looking to build there within the next year or 2. It would be my first house. I live in louisiana currently but we always to trips from Mandeville in our boat to bay saint Louis at the marina at the blind tiger for weekend getaways. Love the town and look forward to hopefully building there soon!

Funny thing is …with all these videos and the massive amount of people moving in , it’s not so quaint anymore. The golf carts are ruining it

Very diverse. I'm Black and I have a lot of White and Hispanic friends and associates. "The Bay" is very cultural with a lot of representation from many ethnicities.
Honestly it’s not that cool to get a lot of recognition. I’m from perdido key beach Florida and I purchased a home here to get away from the vacation crowds. It literally takes hours to get down my street in Florida. It’s ridiculous.

Thank you for your opinion. I lived in Pensacola for seven years. I do hear that quite often on my videos, but the thing is anyone who would look at a video such as this one is already looking to buy in the area. Most of my clients who do you buy in the area are people who either vacationed in the area, have family that live here, or were stationed here and decided to move back once they retired from being in the military.

1 bad water , its yellow ! Fist time in USA i got to buy drinking water !! 2 the internet is horrible This town dont have no internet !! 3 THE hospital is way down ! Choose Ocean Springs
Keep this in mind, it is a woke & liberal spot
