This is basically what we did as kids when we had to follow our mums around shopping and we were bored out of our minds and pretend to be a spy. No? Just me? Just me.

There are 5 things you can train on the human body: The muscles, the bones, the tendons, the cardiovascular system (lung and heart) and finally the brain. When all these come together in peak conditions the emergense of a super human happens. I know heart, circulatory system and lungs are technically 3 different things but I like to see it as one unity having one function.

7:08-7:20. There was a certain hospital in the US that did a study on the difference between nurses at their jobs. Some nurses act perfectly and intuitively make the best decisions, while other nurses would overdose patients, give improper medicines, bypass infants not breathing, etc. At the end of the study, they discovered the only difference between the "excellent" nurses and the others was that they built a mental image of what their landscape should be. What infants should be crying, what medicines are where, etc. I use that mental imagery to be better at my job and I'm certain it's applications go even beyond that. Thanks for the video!

You should really consider doing a video on building and maintaining *Will Power.* Call it mental discipline, call it mind over body, call in mental fortitude or emotional stamina, but the ability to simply not give up or give in, especially to social pressure, physical pain or mental trauma and maintain focus on a set point or goal is *paramount* in almost any situation. It applies ti everything, from not giving in ro eating junk food on a diet to forcing yourself to get up an ecercise even when sore to NOT ALLOWING fear, panic or other such emotions to overcome you in a bad situation. Its useful, as it can be channelled into both greater physical and mental capacities. With your skill, it would be a good topic to disect; Actual, practical, step by step mental and physical methods for developing this type of force are either too esoteric, take to long, or hard to come by. Just a thought.👍🏾

I think that is something people don't realize, because our generation's experience with James Bond is with the action movie Goldeneye era of James Bond. In the books it's far more about the intrigue and spy skills than it is about big shootouts. Bond's signature gun, the Walther PPK, is chambered in .380, which for those who don't know, isn't very powerful, because it's meant for super compact pocket pistols, for concealability and emergency self defense, not big showy gunfights. And apparently that was a size up for him, in the first book his gun was even smaller. Thats because the point of his character wasn't action, it was these sort of skills I think the Bourne Trilogy does a good job balancing the action and soft skills, Bourne is constantly actively being hunted in the movies, so he has to stay covert and arouse as little suspicion as humanly possible in order to avoid arrest, while doing what it takes to complete his mission. So most of the movie is him gathering information covertly, tracking people down, etc. and the big action sequences are usually a payoff at the end

AWESOME, as always. In the region where I live, many Organized Crime organizations operate -known as Drug Cartels. In such organizations, like the Gulf Cartel or the Zetas- iit is reputed that operatives (known as "estacas") are thrown into a jungle with only their trousers and given a set amount of time to reach a distant target. Survival is the name of the game. This is similar to the trainning Mexican Marines are subjected to.

He was briefly engaging her in conversation, look away briefly, turned back and she was gone...for whatever reason, slipped away, obviously used the other people in the room to conceal her passage, but my friend said it was one of the spookiest things he ever experienced.

Hi, Mr Bioneer, I know this might sound stupid, but I want to tell you I am asking seriously here. I have always looked up to the speed, dexterity, and skillfulness of the samurais in what they do, they take their speed of using their katanas to inhuman levels. There is also a video on youtube you can watch where a samurai uses his katana to cut off a bb bullet into half while its fired at him. Is there any science behind it, is it because their meditation and reflections are done more often throughout their routines and it helps them to fasten in improving their placebo plasticity in those areas of their brain? or in other way of saying it, they have some techniques to combine their mind body and soul far better than usual people? I have been thinking over and over on this for like sooo long, I hope you can make a video or write an article on this. Because if you make one, this will really help lots of people on your channel. I hope looking forward for a reply, thank you.

Khan Adnan the limits of human reaction time are way below the speed of bullets and beebees. it has to do with flight path, trigger timing and precision. like an automated reflex only for that exact prepared scenario.

To overcome peer/social pressure tell yourself this: a good man will never judge me, the common man is as common as dirt and dirt has no value, the common man judges. No value. Any good man knows your creator is the only to judge you at the end and a judge in court to judge you in life. Anyone who tries to judge and isn't any of the above is irrelevant and a bad person. Bad people you ignore and stay away from them, and that's how you over come social pressure in my way.

Actually a Sociopath would be great for lying but not in the overall scheme of things. I would imagine that skills such as being able to get people to cooperate with you, being able to gain trust, being able to learn new things quickly and discernment help. So the things he mentioned. And yes, also being very safe and self defense, use of a gun, escape, de-escalation, basic military skills, self control, emotional regulation. Also being multi lingual is necessary., The ability to tell if danger is present before it shows up. Tell friends from foe. Detect lying and deceit, and moods, despite what some liar actually says verbally. Bravery. Being an excellent actor and thinking very fast on one's feet. Mentally nimble.

The Bioneer hi just wanted to let you know from a martial artist and lets say i what i had to learn from my old job that systema is not good to learn by itself for complete self defense. The best self defense system is by far krav maga but its very hard to find a truly good school of dojo to learn from in the usa. I should also say the reason for systema not being the best is because ita a fluid martial art where there is not straight strategic / tactic learning to it its all fluid what if scenarios. So ita fantastic if you learn kali, or bjj or krav and then go to systema. But for an all around learn how to defend ypurself on the street. Not fight learn to survive if your life depends on it. The way to go is a good krav maga school. In the us there is alot of bs schools and federations for krav. Rn the place i can only truly recommend is the krav maga federation. The master of the whole federation is ex israeli special forces and he learned from one of the deciples of the creator of krav maga. The website is kravmagafederation.com

@@trescohen8232 I have no family, and make enough in private business to move anywhere, if you could personally locate me a good class, i would be more than thankful.. I've looked myself but I always see mixed reviews saying "it's not real Krav" or that the classes are only beginner level classes that don't teach much combat than take downs and basic strikes.
