Wolverine Healing - How to Heal and Recover Faster
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Looking for references and studies? You can find them all (and more) in the full post: www.thebioneer.com/wolverine-h...
This video explores techniques, supplements and more that you can use to enhance your healing, recovery, and even regeneration for Wolverine healing. This includes immunonutrition that has been shown to help accelerate healing, underground supplements, lifestyle strategies, and even some future transhuman options such as gene doping.
The body is already capable of some amazing feats of self-repair. This is possible thanks to a 'healing cascade' which includes inflammation, IGF-1 and HGH production, and the formation of a granulation tissue to provide a kind of scaffold for cells as they replicate. What might come as a surprise is that icing affected areas to reduce swelling may actually interfere with this process.
The aim instead should be to encourage blood flow, which we can do with heat (sauna), massage, relaxation, vasodilators such as arginine, etc.
Scientists are currently looking at the use of cellular matrix from pig guts to support the collagenous to help regrow limbs. Bodybuilders are experimenting with the likes of PBC 157. In future, activating genes such as LIN28 may help to provide us with real Wolverine healing factors.

he's right! I did all of this and now I can regenerate from a single drop of blood, not only that, but when I chopped my hand off, it grew it's own body! great video man thank you
I will never forget that scene in Rambo 3 when he pulls that stick out of his side and cauterized with gunpowder. I was probably 8 years old when I saw that. Scarred me for life.

Hey, thank you so much for all that info man!
Thanks for the great and informative video. As I am currently recovering from a nasal operation, using creatine and the pineapple enzyme Bromelain seems to enhance my recovery. As bromelain is a protease, which shows some promising effects in lysing damaged proteins. But i just would use them for a wound , though.
I would love to see a gym tour!
Great vid 👍. have you ever thought about doing a video on biomechanics, i would be interested in knowing your thoughts and findings.

I had an accident on a motorcycle getting road rash and some bruising took 2-3weeks to heal the worst of it using collagen and vitamin C definitely got on my feet quicker than I would have otherwise
Very good video!did know someone were can we find senzu beens exept corins tower?
This is a fascinating area. On healing you mentioned what happens after a new injury, however what about old injuries? Ive noticed that there can be healing over a longer time period so what are the pathways for that? Also, Ive read that some studies on fasting have shown that it's able to aid in healing.
I usually heal quickly. I feel like I could heal quicker when I was younger. But back then I slept more. I got a decent ghash on my left arm a year or two ago. I drank alot of vitamin c. There were times I could feel and see, if I looked closely, the tissue repairing itself, especially times my vitamin c intake was higher.
Wow thank you

so for elbow injuries is rest better or PT? In my experience PT push exercise way too hard and make it a lot worse and so has caused chronic elbow pain for me just going to do Pin and stretch and self myofascial release for 6 weeks and see if that helps. what do u think?
I think I recover reasonably fast because once I fell off my skateboard and injured my right hand and the back was all cut and I couldn’t really move my hand and after a week it was back to normal but it’s left a tiny scar
Carry a supply of Ratstail Plantain. It stops bleeding and swelling, soothes pain and irritation, is an antibiotic and also improves wound healing. And the human body is designed to have an excess supply of electrons from regular contact to the Earth, which prevent unwanted inflammation and generally make everything work better since all chemical reactions involve electrons!
I think you would enjoy the book called ‘the body electric’ by Robert o Becker.
Your videos are great. You should make a video on how to gain weight, I would love to hear what you had to say! I’ve seen your video about why you aren’t losing or gaining but I would love to see one specifically on gaining. Thanks!
How fast is regeneration? Like a cut how fast would regenerate? And what i have to do for do it?
I love all of it but all of you should consider l citruline instead of argenine because argenine is destroyed by your body but l citruline is torn apart into argenine which then can properly be used instead of being destroyed
Good content. Just want your video sound to be louder. I can't hear you very well; even with headphones on blast
Where can one get the pig-extracted cellular matrix? Not on google shopping I imagine?
So pretty much, Roids are best?
Have you ever thought about doing a video with vahva fitness?
i love how you use wolverine to make a point and best information but you should use hulk due to hulk has the best healing factor even more than deadpool and wolverine
I get to applies these now as i have just been hit by a car. Its actually quite ironic that i was watching this, in the moring, then i got hit by a car.

I have been fighting a partially torn rotator cuff. My doctor advised the standard ice and nsaid and rehab exercise protocol. I ignored his advice. Went by youtube knowledge. And guess what. I was completely fucked!! After more than a year by which time I should have been back in training, I was still fidgeting with basic rehab exercise. Went back to my doc, took his advice, followed it to the t and now after a couple of months I can see some real light. DO NOT IGNORE YOUR DOCTOR.

The Robots by Kraftwerk in the background rocks!
13:32 I would also add that perhaps most people who lost a limb just died and never got a chance to regrow it in the first place, so the pathway never even had a chance to develop.
Isn't beer a vasodilator
I’ve been learning about inflammation being bad and the cause of disease. Also recently watched a seminar where the guy showed how the ketogenic diet dampens the actual gene of the inflammatory response. Wouldn’t it be fair to say the less need of inflammation from a healthier body may be as important?

Arginine supplementation is most effective when taken at 2% of energy? What? Expand please and thank you.
Only thing I can add from personal experience in regards to healing is fasting and glutamine.
Interestingly I used to workout to exhaust myself so I could sleep cuz of my insomnia. Now I don't have a particular sleep time, I just go to sleep when I'm tired. And due to me working out so hard lately with fighting conditioning I'm passing the fuck out when I go to sleep. Like straight up head touches the pillow and it's like a light switch and morning is here.
