Wolverine Healing - How to Heal and Recover Faster

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Looking for references and studies? You can find them all (and more) in the full post: www.thebioneer.com/wolverine-h...
This video explores techniques, supplements and more that you can use to enhance your healing, recovery, and even regeneration for Wolverine healing. This includes immunonutrition that has been shown to help accelerate healing, underground supplements, lifestyle strategies, and even some future transhuman options such as gene doping.
The body is already capable of some amazing feats of self-repair. This is possible thanks to a 'healing cascade' which includes inflammation, IGF-1 and HGH production, and the formation of a granulation tissue to provide a kind of scaffold for cells as they replicate. What might come as a surprise is that icing affected areas to reduce swelling may actually interfere with this process.
The aim instead should be to encourage blood flow, which we can do with heat (sauna), massage, relaxation, vasodilators such as arginine, etc.
Scientists are currently looking at the use of cellular matrix from pig guts to support the collagenous to help regrow limbs. Bodybuilders are experimenting with the likes of PBC 157. In future, activating genes such as LIN28 may help to provide us with real Wolverine healing factors.

This is a fascinating area. On healing you mentioned what happens after a new injury, however what about old injuries? Ive noticed that there can be healing over a longer time period so what are the pathways for that? Also, Ive read that some studies on fasting have shown that it's able to aid in healing.

I usually heal quickly. I feel like I could heal quicker when I was younger. But back then I slept more. I got a decent ghash on my left arm a year or two ago. I drank alot of vitamin c. There were times I could feel and see, if I looked closely, the tissue repairing itself, especially times my vitamin c intake was higher.

And the human body is designed to have an excess supply of electrons from regular contact to the Earth, which prevent unwanted inflammation and generally make everything work better since all chemical reactions involve electrons!

I have been fighting a partially torn rotator cuff. My doctor advised the standard ice and nsaid and rehab exercise protocol. I ignored his advice. Went by youtube knowledge. And guess what. I was completely fucked!! After more than a year by which time I should have been back in training, I was still fidgeting with basic rehab exercise. Went back to my doc, took his advice, followed it to the t and now after a couple of months I can see some real light. DO NOT IGNORE YOUR DOCTOR.

13:32 I would also add that perhaps most people who lost a limb just died and never got a chance to regrow it in the first place, so the pathway never even had a chance to develop.

I’ve been learning about inflammation being bad and the cause of disease. Also recently watched a seminar where the guy showed how the ketogenic diet dampens the actual gene of the inflammatory response. Wouldn’t it be fair to say the less need of inflammation from a healthier body may be as important?

Interestingly I used to workout to exhaust myself so I could sleep cuz of my insomnia. Now I don't have a particular sleep time, I just go to sleep when I'm tired. And due to me working out so hard lately with fighting conditioning I'm passing the fuck out when I go to sleep. Like straight up head touches the pillow and it's like a light switch and morning is here.
