There's a few things I wish I hadn't told anyone about but I have to admit that I've been privileged for sharing with a friend that I have to wear nappies and he has shared his own personal experiences with pooping himself every time he has done so and has said that he really appreciates the fact that he has someone who understands and wouldn't tell anyone else which makes me feel rather special

It's taken me 68 years, but I've learned to trust - it has to be by watching their behavior over time. I pay attention (not to what they say) to how they show up. Be careful with whom you share yourself with, especially financially - that's what the stinkers are aiming for. The consequences of not paying attention could cost you everything.

In the past, if one was not social, you were destined for a short life. Today, being social is what shortens your life dramatically. It is very unhealthy and dangerous, as compared to isolation. Keep your enemies far and your, "friends," further. If you can avoid making both, you will live a long, prosperous life.

Absolutely right. In my past experience, I used to trust people so easily thats why I always got hurt. Being kind and too nice to them is what I always do for I know that that's the right thing to do but I realized that doing that will never be enough so I started to isolate myself from people. I set boundaries for everyone especially those "toxic entity"😂😂😂

Same as of only yesterday. Person I thought I could trust decided that it was their job to speak to someone on my behalf 😮😢. They only stirred the pot and spread discourse and strife instead of letting me speak to the person myself in love and wisdom. I forgave them but will be guarded from now on. A child gets to the age of realising they need to keep secrets round 15 on average. It would vary widely. For me it was 15. Pretty average. I knew it was a thing because one parent got angry with me. I was starting to be my own adult person and set up my own personal BOUNDARIES

I was brought up to believe never tell a friend a secret so you cant fear him if he becomes your enemy.

Having studied psychology and sports medicine I can help people by combining them with nutrition to balance their bodies. This is what I do as I feel it’s what I’ve spent many years learning and it’s only right to share it. I only do it when I feel I have experience to help. Thing with future plans is that some of us( me) tend to not want to do the plan of i share it most of the time, idk why tbh, it just becomes that much less motivating to me, i heard huberman talk about how talking about plans secretes the same dopamin that youd get then you were actually doing the goal, but thats as much as i remember and understand from that explanation. Exceptions to this are, plans with people im actually working with, and telling people the imediate next steps of the plan. So if i tell someone my next two steps it wont be a problem, but if i tell them the final outcome i want to attain, than is when motivation drops. Tho even if im working with someone, it can sometimes become a problem, especially if the other person needs be get motivated by me but doesnt also try to motivate me . By motivate i mean, making progress by themselves, and then asking for me to either give me feedback, and to continue building off of what we have, or i suppose to brainstorm if we just started. Thats about as much as i need to get motivated, yet what i find disapointing is that that is rarely dont by people i work on side projects with. But lets not get in to my complaining😂 Have a good day

Very True. At times those we call friends turn out to be an unfriendly friend masquerading as a friend. Sure, carefulness is the key.

It's important to remember that people will value gossip and spill the tea on your personal life, just for the fact to fit in. You should not keep all of your plans to yourself, but learn to find people who have honor and cherish your friendship. If you never bounce ideas off people without experience, you may set up unrealistic expectations and set yourself up for disaster.

I had a female friend that would reference things I told her on the phone and make a Facebook post about it. " I would never eat a whole pizza"
