Just like there are little things that instantly make you look stylish, there are also things that instantly ruin your outfits (and make them look cheap). You don't have to look "expensive" for the sake of showing off status, but I always prefer wearing pieces that look well-made. Cheap doesn't always mean inexpensive, and inexpensive doesn't always mean cheap! You can often find well made items at the thrift store for a fraction of the price of a similar cheaply made item. In this video, I break down all of my fashion "icks," or the little things that really irk me because they have the power to completely ruin a good fit. And for each ick, I tell you what I would wear instead!

I really look for elastic waist or some sort of adjustability in my clothing because I want my pieces to still be wearable as my body changes.

Oh wow. I didn't expect this but I disagree on many of your points. Houndstooth capris? really? ... and ripped fabric is cheap? it's the opposite!! And tapered pants are classic and can look very cool chic, capris on the other hand scream grandma lol. Oh and crocodile leather can look very classy, I understand it can look very cheap as well but the well made ones look very good in my opinion. But yea I guess that's the whole point, people have different tastes.

I think they’re the same? - i lived in Australia for a long time so I think I unknowingly mix in a couple British-English terms
