As a security guard for allied universal I'm ashamed. I would never act like that. I would simply keep an eye on him while he conducted his business. Possibly asked him if there was anything I could help him with. Then leave it at that!

The attitude of those blue gang members is dispicable. Officer Nemtsov seems to don't care about your rights. This is the same as Police asking one member of the the public with dark skin color to leave because a person with white skin color doesn't like dark skin color or the other way around. Only Congress/Reps can, and even they cannot make a law that violates 1A. All the cops who spoke to deny, need to be arrested. The cop in the hat was just doing body guard duty, and didnt issue threats of arrest (wasnt up to him anyways). So hed just be a witness against them.

I don't normally comment on videos like this, but I wanted to say that your calm manner is refreshing to see. A lot of auditors go out of their way to be provocative, belligerent, to shame others, or even just to show off how smart they are, (and I'm not necessarily saying that's not justified) but it often escalates things more dramatically. From how you conduct yourself, it seems like your purpose is genuinely to educate others and to affect change in the places you're visiting; rather than looking to farm clicks by being so abrasive that you bait those people into the whole misbehaviour, assault, arrest, civil suit, settlement pipeline. It's the difference between making a living from exploiting the failings of others, and making a living (hopefully) trying to get others to be better. Anyway, it's nice to see.

Every mention of trespassing was invalid, because filming cannot be used as a trespass reason. And cops/guards were making false accusations of disrupting business (to link it to trespassing). That is making a false complaint.

His property was taken away including ID card etc. I do not understand why they couldn't give his necessary stuff which are not evidence of a crime, back to him after documenting it.

If you think you have rights then try to sue us, and if we lose we don't care because your fellow citizens are gonna pay for our wrong doing. Hey T T, I posted this on LackLuster and Logn Island Audit as well, I love what you all do and I LOVE how you deal with the cops, however, I’m going to post this here because no one will respond to me. I see SO many people talking about easements, easement DO NOT grant access. People NEED to understand the difference between an easement and public right-of-way. A public right-of-way is legal ground for people to be on, 30’, 40’, 50’ 60’ 100’ to 200’ depending on the roads, much like public space or property. An easement DOES NOT give the public the right of access. There are easements that grant public access, however, most of the EASEMENTS are easements that do not grant public access, these easements are for utility companies and drainage purposes only. A person CAN NOT walk between to houses because there is a PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT. This is Very important because and “EASEMENT” could get you sent to jail. Please quit using the word EASEMENT and use PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. I do this for a living and create these type of documents.

The best auditors stay respectful and a great tone. Keep on doing a good job brother!!

I saw another YT auditor. Businesses called police on him for filming from the sidewalk. So HQ had an officer walk to each business on the street and tell them (educate) that he is allowed to film. (And this saves the city money, by not having to go out for false complaints.) So yes the gov can educate about 1A but often refuses to.

Totally. Any one can put up a sign. Right. No blacks no mixed races no children. No clothes no whatever. And people r so stupid to obey these signs. I went to see a surgeon to do cataract surgery. Well my daughter was with me and this doctor always was saying “I don’t know how you see your lens r bad”. Ok. Fine let’s move on lady, well I guess my daughter was wearing some scent and she says to me you r to tell anyone with you not to wear scents didn’t you read the sign out side the office door, I looked her into her eyes and said everytime I have been here you say omg omg your lens r so bad how the hell do you expect me to then read the stupid signs all over this place eh ? Sorry I don’t read signs at all. Because there r so many all over the place every where you go there is some sign saying something and I don’t plan to do it anyways it’s a waste of my time. My daughter when we got out of the office was laughing so hard and hugging me saying good one mom, she deserved it . I couldn’t help it. To be mean to my girl and then blame me for not reading signs well I hope she knows where to stick the next sign. I have had my surgery and still don’t bother to read signs as I don’t give a crap 💩
