I was waiting for him to tell the officers “Now I’m just waiting for you guys to leave first so it doesn’t look like you guys made me leave and I’ll hike on outa here”! But instead he let them tell him when he was done with his documenting of the building. Not all of his videos have Public employees pushing back this hard about him leaving the building but this video right here was definitely one of those videos where the public employees pushed back and violated the constitution and his rights, he left without getting them to understand that he had the right to film in public and they learned nothing.

The reason for very large egos and bad attitudes are , many public sector workers are hired by doing canvas work for political parties and their unions, so they feel "protected "from the laws of the land and as we all have seen, nothing unusually happens to them if they are corrupt because there other boss (the unions) will protect them

Yeah, he kind of saved the day as far as being knowledgeable on foia. Rookie officers have a lot to learn. The young male officer seems like he has some potential, though. The sergeant would've been much better however if he specifically stated that he has a 1st amendment right to film in public buildings. If somebody goes in there tomorrow with a camera, those public workers will probably react the same exact way.

The issue is that the department of education has removed civics classes at all levels of grade school education classes, so many people have only a H.S. diploma or GED, and don't really know anything about our constitution other than the 2nd amendment (mostly) and then they get a job in the public sector usually to serve a politician and will do anything for them and to keep a job where qualifications are not necessary

I find it so rude when they look the other way you can tell they r not listening or they interrupt or they just walk away. I want to just trip them or yell get back here and at least show that you r a bit interested. And everyone is so uncomfortable these days, here I try not to pick my nose or scratch my butt in public as its all being recorded. One time I moved to a new community and had the window down in the car. Had got a new dog and I was right at the back of the store I hear this loud yelling and commotion. Here comes my dog running as fast as he could towards me and two security people after him. He came to me so I grabbed his leash, These older people tell me he can’t be in the store. Haaaaaaa I said you know that ,,,,,I knew that before you just told me but he doesn’t. So don’t chase him and scream like that at him. I don’t like it. So now please excuse us both as Gazzie and I r going to now go to our car and I will make sure he is secure not to come in again, The whole conversation was so stupid. Any one with one brain cell working knows dogs r not allowed in grocery stores. So I sat in the car calmed him down. Gave him a treat and finished my shopping. SMH If they had left him alone they should know dogs will come to their owners like he did. And I would handle it like I should. Don’t need needless lectures. Kinda of bugged me. But you never saw a little chihuahua run so fast and they would have never caught him anyways. Haaaaaaaa good boy he saw me and ran even faster haaaaaaaaaaaaa his little legs were a blur haaaaaaaaaaaa

If old twitter wants to ban Trump from using their website, they can do that, just like if Elon Musk wants to ban journalists who are criticizing him now that he owns it, he can do that too, just like McDonalds can ban you if they don't like the color of your shirt. They are not obligated to allow you to use their platform. If you want twitter or facebook or whatever to be actual public forums, then have the government take them over and make them actually public, until then using their service is a privilege.

As a minority myself i find it extremely concerning that the same people who worked so hard to pass the civil rights act in the 60's dont know the rights that their previous generation faught and died for. Makes me sad that some minorities dont know how lucky we are that we dont have to shed our blood to have and exercise the rights that you are flexing 💪 today. You keep up the education so thw younger generations dont forget the fight our previous generations faught for.

What that security guard did, is known as a "Heckler's Veto". In the discourse, a heckler's veto is a situation in which a party who disagrees with a speaker's message is able to unilaterally trigger events that result in the speaker being silenced.
