I love First Amendment auditors. You guys fight for our rights/ freedoms. I'm from Chicago / the Chicagoland area so i like that there is a First Amendment Auditor in my area. I didn't know about your channel until recently, & been binge watching your Channel. You are now my favorite auditor. That's what people do this day and age is play the victim. Everyone is weak and they want everybody else to perceive them as weak. Which makes no sense to me. Only the Strong survive. Be a little birdie in a nest, act weak. See what happens. If the mother doesn't throw you out, your sisters will. It's fascinating. Been watching walk-videos of the slums in the Philippines, and despite living in sheds, they are HAPPY! Everyone says hello to the guy with the camera, and he goes right into their living spaces. Western countries need to take note of what it means to be "successful". I really admire them. I would live there if i could, and get out of miserable UK.

Government records our text messages, phone calls, messages, gps locations, satellite surveillance, etc. Yet when we record Government employees with a handheld recoder it's a huge problem. If not so got dam sad it'd be hilarious

Yeah there was nothing wrong with what the channel owner did. He definitely did not record random people going about their lives taking care of business and then post it online for the whole world to see. Why would anyone have a problem with that?

People seem to think that their license plate numbers can be looked up by anybody to find their address and other personal info. -- It's just not true. The plate belongs to the state and it's tied only to the vehicle and not to the owner and nobody can access the data bank except authorized personnel. Besides .. the plate is right out there for anyone and everyone to see. --- Why didn't the cops explain that to the lady who couldn't keep her mouth shut ?!? I think she WAS sorta' scared that TTA might kill her in her sleep and the cops could almost see that so .. maybe she'll mind her own business in the future ?? it is what it IS .... right ?!?

Great job, just found this channel and you look totally professional and know exactly what to say and you know our rights... If this was done more often police would show up talk to the problem ppl and not talk to you at all that would be a perfect society.. police dispatures should ask proper question and educate 911 callers that you are allowed to do what you are doing and if still requesting officers,.. ticket bashful complainers for taking up police time with complaints about being pictured or filmed. You walked into an AM DRAM of Macbeth with the three witches!! From the manager we can see how the employees get their attitude.

Another great video, showing some love from CA. Have you considered putting in a FOIA request for all of the cameras at the beginning of the audit? I figure most of the employees have no clue the public can gain access to those cameras. This would remove the excuse your camera and theirs are different.

They called 4 military style armed goons with unnecessary gadgets, attached all around their body, to deal with a man with a camera. It can't get any more calamity than what we've seen in this video. This is the standing army our forefathers warned us about, and it's the reason we need more auditors like you protecting "we the people's" rights. Thanks for doing what you do. Be safe James, things are changing rapidly in this USA 🙏. We no longer live in a "Republic for which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." 🙏 God help us!

These auditors are recording random people and posting it online. How can you not see a problem with that? Security cameras are not meant for that and mostly don't do that.

That woman is full of piss and vinegar, and Andre is enforcing feelings and is very unprofessional attempting to ban you.
