No. Different cities counties and States have different rulings on standing your ground. So you cannot paint that with a broad brush... We're allowed to defend our property, as well as our lives With reasonable force which includes deadly force( If gone that far. I.e. Criminal stood their ground). We had a duty to retreat but our government appealed that and put in a stand-your-ground law, where I live. Good thing because criminals can just come in and take it without any consequences. Criminals look for sheep victims, not armed & well-trained competition.
