it doesn't matter who do you cheer for. You can be a Chelsea, MUFC, City, L'pool,T'ham,etc. fan but there are some players you have to admire and respect. Henry is one of them

Couln't agree more. LFC fan myself but I have to admit Henry was better than anyone out there. If he was playing today's football in a big team with the knowledge and training facilities now available, I don't think even Messi or Ronaldo would have been able to rival his genius.

Thierry Henry and Ronaldinho are by far my favorite living football legends, they are the reason I fell in love with football in the first place, they are part of my childhood... Henry should have won at least one or two ballon d'or in the 2003 and 2004 seasons, he was so unique and underrated back then, he was almost unstoppable and genuinely a very good all-rounder authentic player. ☯️👌✌️

I cried when i heard the commentator : Henry , Chance Goal ! all his goals and moments at arsenal just flashed before my eyes and his amazing career. He is my favourite player , first i saw him in the 98 WC and since then i love him , and shortly after i started suporting Arsenal since then. He made me understand how special the whole team , i mean family of Arsenal is.

***** Drogba has one thing that Henry hasnt. Drogba makes the differance in big games, 9 cup finals for chelsea and 9 goals that tells you everything.. Henry is a Legend but he was disappointing in big games like WC final 06, CL final 06, CL final 09, Henry scored more goals than Drogba, we all know that but Drogba scored when his team needed the goal the most so thats why I will always rate Drogba higher than Henry..

If you know football, you know that this guy is a legend and will be one of the best inspirations in football history. All the great players today like Messi, Ronaldo, Bale etc, he's the only one that when i watch videos of i get goosebumps. Legend.

People forget that Thierry Henry is Frances record goalscorer.

Let alone his great ability but his whole persona was a joy and he's 1 of the very few sports men that you have no valid reason whatsoever not to like him. #Amazing #Legend

Truly one of the finest players ever to grace the beautiful game with his vision, skill and sheer passion.

He's one I'll be telling my grandkids about. A perfect mixture of power and panache. I got to watch him from the time he joined arsenal til he left for barca. Watching him blossom in that first season was great. Every season he got better till the crescendo of the invincibles. 2005 and 2006 were fantastic encores.

His deadly calmness is killing me 😂 what a legendary player 👑

No doubt about it, the best striker EVER to grace the prem. If he had been in the prem as long as Shearer and took as many free kicks and peno's, no doubt in my mind he would of smashed Shearer's record. Poetry in motion, glad i got to witness him in his prime!! LEGEND

Watching him now dribbling the ball it still give me goosebumps... i remember those days..such amazing feeling to watched his performance.. a true legend.

Genuinely, every time the man picked the ball up, didn't matter where he was on the pitch at the time, you always had a feeling he could do something special. Unbelievable player and i count myself incredibly lucky to have been an Arsenal fan while he was at his peak.

This is the best Henry documentary out there. I've probably seen it 6-8 times by now and here I am watching it again.

In the space of a few months...this man got Arsenal to their only ever CL final and got France to the WC final...and as if anymore proof was needed that awards are a load of bollocks...Cannavaro was voted player of the year. I feel that Thierry doesn't always get the credit he deserves...maybe because he played for Arsenal and thus didn't win as much as he could've...but the man was utter perfection for several years.
