Honestly, I have watched Thiago play so many times this season and I think the Moenchengladbach game was the game in which he was dispossessed more than once. He's that good at accelerating and getting out of tight spots. It's insane.

I actually like how idiots are calling his move to anfield a flop, he was our 2nd best player last season and when paired with fab we got 26 points out of 30. They expect Thiago to score goals while he's just a pass machine. He runs the mid, it's not his job to score...

still can't believe that we've got him. he's a class above I was already getting excited about Keita finally producing consistently good performances and looking like the play we'd though we'd get and now this we have a bona fide midfield genius I can't believe this deal actually went through. Never in my years as a Liverpool Fan (dating back to 99) have we got our hands one someone who was already a superstar (most of our players became superstars while at Liverpool and moved on). It just shows that the stature of our club has increased massively under Klopp. Must say though Bayern were awesome to watch last year I think I'll be following them again this year along with Dortmund; of whom I will always be grateful for in that they are responsible for Jurgen Klopps ascent to greatness.

29 imo is when most players reach their peak, i said most, of course there are players who peak at younger ages, but to me 29 is when you have the most experience and knowledge as a player, while your skill and fitness are still at the top of the game. it also depends alot on the position youre playing but for thiago, i think its a steal for liverpool to get him for just 30 mil

You’re crowing too soon. I bet he’ll only leave Bayern for Barça or nothing. Leaving the current Bayern team doesn’t make any sense if you wanna win the UCL. Even Liverpool isn’t on the same level like the Bayern team of the past six months, so if he leaves I can only imagine him to leave for the club that he loves which is obviously FC Barcelona.
