I feel like his pace and dribbling are very undervalued here! He breaks the defensive shape/lines with his rapid dribbling ability as well as being able to catch up quickly.

Kante is similar Martinez in terms of being press resistant when on the ball, he can tackle, blind side tackle, read the game really well to intercept balls and offers creativity going forward by breaking the lines with his passing or even having the odd shot at goal.

I think you have to emphasize the fact that he is really fit as well. He's willing to make those runs to go win the ball or track back when he's caught out of position (happens very rarely) and that's not a given. A lot of defensive midfielders tire out because the position requires a lot of running.
