FootballYannick pointed out that Motta also has a really young team at Bologna, he would probably suit Chels quite well, pretty sure he is going to Juve though, looks like a done deal to me. I would be interested in a tactics deep dive for Poch as well tbh, goodness knows what tactics he is trying to instill at the moment, but would be interesting to see what marks he is leaving on these players.

This control the ball philosophy would suit the Chelsea squad so much more than the Basketball like Transitional football Poch has us playing.

I am a Chelsea fan, but I prefer the 3-5-2 formation similar to Inzaghi's Inter Milan, and I would prefer Inzanghi to replace Pochettino. This would be my preferred starting 11 next season in a 3-5-2 system: Cherki. Palmer. Moreira. Angelo. Enzo. Gusto. James. Colwill. Fofana. Disasi. Petrovic.

@@HoldenConnor00 yh seen that yesterday, and I left a comment there already. I would prefer either Inzaghi or Xavi to replace Pochettino, as both managers can easily bring the best out of the current profile of players we have, in half a season. You are doing a good job mate!

Reliable sources have said Motta & Califiori will join Juve. So how do you think Motta does at Juve and what is he's celling?

Do you think Unai Emery would be even slightly possible? I see him as the most similar to nagelsmann with the two inside wingers in build up as the correlation to emerys mazzolas. Would very much like him if he would consider it.

gatti cant play on the left. bremer is a static defender who only play in 3 men midfield, he lack passing accuracy and lack the mobility, juventus never play offside because faster team will bullied bremer lack of speed. this is also why locatelli became 4th center back/libero and people complaining he has no contribution on attack and build up. even brazil NT coach didnt call up bremer because he cant play in 2 men defense. let alone asking him play like calafiori or scalvini or hujsen in roma, its not possible, and max allegri already tried couple of times for example when they lost to udinese. disaster. only hujsen, gati and rugani can play in motta game plan. also danilo at CB. juve has 2 big tactical limiter, bremer the main one. and tek cesni who is very weak from long high ball shot outside the box, weak on 1 vs 1, beaten many time from near post in this season. this is why juventus cant play with possesion, they hard to pass around, the players arent mobile, they cant skew the formations and play high press, and risky every ball lost and being counter easily, you can see this from fio vs juve on paredes 1st games at juve. sadly its all allegri wanted players that made his team very limited in tactical variations. torino a small team, thats why when they get bremer they are willing to adjust for bremer. and bremer looks very good because of that. but when you put bremer on bigger team? its doom. and the whole team have to shield tek too and parking the busses.
