The fact that they were just laying on their backs is proof that he did it in my opinion. How can 2 kids just lay on their backs while being burned alive? No signs of struggle and even if they passed out from the smoke, they wouldn’t just be laying next to each other on their backs like that. Even if they fell asleep and the shed caught on fire, they would either wake up from the heat and sound, plus they still wouldn’t be laying in that position.

  • @lynnkayee1015

People can die from smoke inhalation without waking up. My grandmothers best friend was a long time foster parent and she lost two girls she just got when her trailer caught fire. Got burns on 90% of her body because she tried saving them and was rescued by the department...she nearly died. But the girls were found dead on their backs in bed. Cause of death was smoke inhalation. It happens more often than you'd think. This case is obviously different. Just saying it isn't THAT unusual for someone sleeping to not be disturbed. Which is wild.

One life wrongful conviction is one too many, horrendous for a human to be put to death for a crime which they never committed! the US "criminal" system is set up to benefit "profiteers" not the community it is supposed to serve! The system and the people that head it have not only failed it's citizens but in many cases deliberately, including by POS politicians such as joe biden & kamala harris who find devising even more corrupt & insidious, divisive ways to separate parents from their children, children from their families in doing so stripping children of their childhood! The over crowding in American prison system has nothing to do w/violent or felonious crimes commited but rather everything to do w/"laws" such as 3 strikes laws implemented by corporations people such as the aforementioned, it all boils down to selfishness & greed. I have no doubt the number of innocent people erroneously imprisoned equal or even outnumber those rightfully convicted. Truely heartbreaking!

All it does is lead to more violence and more lives lost. I don’t agree with it, even with the most heinous of crimes. Not to mention the racial injustice that goes arm in arm with the idea, for instance, that poor 14 year old, innocent of that was executed due to his ethnic minority / race! I’m only 14! Absolutely right. My husband was killed and i was left to raise my two sons. It wasn't easy but I did it. While they were young, I never dated for many reasons but they were the main one, they were so young 4 and 6 years old when my husband die on 9/11. Feel sorry for this mother, but some women can't be without a man in their lives. I understand that he deceived her and the price she paid for not being careful was way to high. Especially when their egg donor walked out on them. I will give them rings and recite vows to them and Lucy will wear a mini matching wedding dress. Buddy will be best man. I’m grateful God placed the capacity to love unconditionally within me. I will never replace their bio mom. I WILL make sure they will always remain OUR priorities as man and wife. I’ve seen the horrors of single parents becoming desperate for a mate and DO NOT place their babies above that strange man or woman. In fact, the man she lives with now, she told Lucy, 8 to never get in the car with him alone! WTH? Why is that succubus with someone like that????
