Stenavich being OC and a longtime former Oline coach helps, and Luke Butkus has shown to be a very good Oline coach too. James Campen though should be credited too because I feel his influence is still felt on that line and that Stenavich and Butkus still teach some of his ideas. Brett Kollman actually has a video on the Packers Oline and how they innovated a technique that is basically almost holding while under Campen. There's a reason the Packers Oline consistently overperforms and it's a willingness to cycle through players to search for high performers combined with both scheme and actual blocking techniques that consistently produces year over year. People think Packers fans are spoiled with elite quarterback play, but we're also spoiled with elite line play for 3 decades too.

You mean "fans" of this game want to put All Credit on just the QB? No I don't believe you. 🙄 😑 Look, even *when* analysis channels talk about coaches 1) they don't want to say anything too negative about 'em (because they don't want to Offend The League) & 2) they go in with an assumption that coaches do things To Win & that this is their Only Priority. Remember that Winning Move when Josh McDaniels' fragile ego needed to push a potential franchise QB so far out they couldn't even trade him after? Or how Urban Meyer never did anything _but_ insult his players for his entire career? Were those about winning? Even coaches who WANT to win have weird things. Sean McDermott & Mike McCarthy are _FAMOUS_ for clenching up in tight games, taking over _ALL_ the play-calling & throwing games away BY it. They want to win but simply can't take the stress. This doesn't directly fall in line with what's said here, but it's a factor on other teams. On videos on Justin Fields we see *constant* self-sabotaging of him with the o-line play-calling. Along with what is & isn't said in talking to the press it's clear they want him out. There was a 3-game period where they tried not doing this & the team won, then they returned to what they knew failed. Lafleur is getting praise here & _some_ is warranted. He does come up with good plans going into games. But analyses aren't complete if they ignore tendencies. Lafleur is very s l o w t o a d j u s t whenever things don't go 100% according to his pregame plans. & this costs them games because he sticks with what the other teams have already shown won't work as if he Can't Believe It. & he's *consistent* in this. Watch out for it in the future. This is why Love either has great or terrible games, but nothing in between. When the play-calling stops working, Lafleur doesn't change it for at _LEAST_ 20 minutes of on-field play time.

Seats are sold out with no owner. A media as fierce as a church mouse. A midwestern fanbase that is patient. I use to think letting these Qbs sit was the reason they can develop. Rodgers being the example. But after Loves first season I get why it can happen with more ease in Green Bay. The reasons up top all amount up to putting the least amount of pressure on one of sports highest pressured positions. Most 1st rd qbs have the talent, they just get broken with bad franchises and tough criticism. Green Bay will rarely land any free agents… it may our franchises biggest crutch… but if you were a young QB, there is no better place to grow and develop. An odd trade off I suppose.

Loved the video! Love's Mechanics are really interesting. he clearly took stuff from Favre / Rodgers [Clements influence too?]. Rodgers really showed that while feet are important-- in they create force and can help keep the body aligned mechanically-- they don't always need to be set in the traditional sense. Both he and Love excel in the key part of throwing (and basically every athletic movement): generating torque from the hips while keeping them as even/aligned as possible (remember Rodgers' MVP run with a bad calf?). Rodgers' other influence would be arm angles. He eventually became a big proponent of not always needing to go "hand to opposite pocket follow through", and being fine adjusting angles + hitting rib level more often. I think it reduces stress overall on the shoulders&back, while also helping place emphasis on hip torque. Their talent certainly helps with all of that. The constant off-platform throws require immense core strength and body control, but overall it's actually pretty mechanically sound. They do both make it harder on themselves (which can be costly after an injury) -- I'll be interested to see if Love learns from Aaron's struggles 2017-2019ish.

You can tell there's been a progression in Love's development over the season. The Packers aren't running Jet sweeps any more and despite how much defenses blitz, they rarely set up a screen. Now, I readily admit, what he's doing right now is working. Both Favre and Rodgers were know to leave the ground completely when throwing, and I think that's where JLove has picked that up. All I know, is I'm happy to see patience with him pay off like it has.

Helps explain that young guys like Doubs, Jayden Reed, Wicks, Watson and their TEs in Musgrave/Kraft played much better down the stretch. Also when Aaron Jones is healthy and having a good day as oppose to AJ Dillon hogging touches, the offense really comes together. Let that offense mature alongside Love whose ahead of schedule with LaFleur adding more to the offense and the Packers will continue to put up points. Moreso against favorable matchups.

I mean it also helps the HC is also a widely regarded offensive designer/play caller. LaFleur made peace with Rodgers in recent years who played his own style of passing game geared for tempo. Rarely do young QBs get to work with the same OC for for 2-3 years of their career, let alone have one of the best ones get you possibly paid big for a new extension. IMO I think Jordan Love is fine considering its his first season with all these reps and playing in structure as LaFleur adjusts. Also worth considering the offense around him is very young which got better as they played late into the season and the O-line isn't the best. Which is where his mobility helps and knowing where to call protections for the O-line. I was 'wait and see' on him after 6 weeks because of those factors along with Aaron Jones injured then with AJ Dillon not being the best lead rusher for the team.

Especially when the footwork is what makes him special. Rodgers and Favre and countless others have done this even current NFL golden boy Patrick Mahomes. Only when he does it, the broadcast crew glazes him and will say things like “that’s just what makes Mahomes different” Do you really think Phil Jackson thought the fadeaway was the best option The 90s Bulls did with Jordan on certain possessions? The answer is no but he was also smart enough to let the athlete play. So get over the footwork thing. Qbs miss throws with perfect footwork all the time.

Don't get why Rodgers is crazy to so many people. He speaks facts that we should be recognizing... But if you like being a robot with a controlled mind I get it... But yess Love is that dude. Pure feel of the game > the mechanics. Again thats robottery. "Mechanics" are good reference points and guidelines but if you want to be great you have to go beyond using your feel of the game through experiences... Steph Curry, Jordan, Rodgers, Bruce Lee, many others... Basically using the force. Solid breakdown.

This was the biggest scam ever played on the fans of the NFL. First half GBs defense all star players with little to no mistakes. Last 2 minutes of first half and for the rest of game GB doesn't know how to play defense. Dallas scores 32 in 32 minutes. Rrrright. Wake up dupes.

Romans 10:9-10 "That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."

Dude the disrespect of Rodgers is strong in you. People like you seem to forget Rodgers didn't say a peep for 10 plus seasons. He didn't start talking until the coaching got stale and not a single WR was taken in the first round. People are so ungrateful.

Think of how much better Jordy, Cobb, Finley, and Davante would have been if the Packers had used first round picks on them.
