Yeah I feel like when my supervisor charelle supports and tried to understand my mindset based on what I'm going through like any time I mess up or let her down she always tries to encourage me to try again to do better accept my faults but help me identify what I'm doing wrong and fix it. I felt like she doesn't wanna get rid of me cause she cares about me a lot she sees me as a special person whether she believes it or not...I feel like she's more of a work wife to me who has my back whenever I struggle a lot. What if person needs spoken in real world sentences? For this purpose hanging out with people is working slightly better in having more kindness and compassion for humans than researching planty of narcissistic people on TikTok (even if results are a work of art:) I bet person would be happy to exchange that for communication with real friend, but without real life contact this step have to wait, as communication face to face cannot be replaced.

I'm at a point where I like her, she knows who she is, she knows how I feel. But I don't know what to do about it, not because I don't want to pursue it, but because she's making me "pursue" , rather than coming to me, when it's really not my nature to do so. (I understand that pursuit of a female in relationships is typical for Western male, but is not my nature.) She'll give me the opportunity to talk to her or do something nice for her and then withdraws it within like 30 seconds. Which implies that she's more concerned with being able to say "well I gave him a chance that he didn't take" than actually giving me the chance to say or do something kind to her. Which creates a situation where I have to break boundaries in order to fix the opportunity i just missed and I can't do that. I like her but I'm not interested in playing a game of "THINK FAST!", she should make adequate space for me to act on how I feel. She seems like she is less interested in actually giving me a chance, than in being able to say she gave me a chance that I didn't take. So I don't know what to do, she should make space for me to act on what I feel without playing a "think fast!" game. And I think she'd understand that.
