I gotta do what I gotta to surivive backlash toxic bullying P.T.S.D aggressiveness and manipulations I was a victim a scared one who was silenced into not standing up for myself when my envious jealous enemies gotten away with their malicious crimes...as far as standing up to bullies that's a hard one..lets just say a lot of turmoil messed my head up all wrong...I had spells put on me by manipulative aholes that took upon themselves to pick with me and not step to say their going too far....Jamal my ex supervisor who be praying me and others after he tried to set me up to fail at work...I'd be like bruh get outta my damn face with all that love bombing trash...you ain't fooling no body your a competitor and a manipulator ain't no body falling for fake phonies like that. Therefore when my other supervisor charelle noticed how I was being targeted I felt as though she wanted to stand up for me cause things were getting outta control,unfortunately no body done nothing to stop the bullying chaos that was happening so I had to do things myself...so I'd tell the angels don't worry about it...Jamal who belittled gotten the fuel he wanted to power up his egos...he stolen what he wanted to steal from me I'm good so it's alright it's gone outta my life he's a fake noun existing figure from my past...the important thing is I'm free and not a slave anymore...so I'd tell charelle like it's too late sweet heart you weren't there when I needed you to stop him so I had find ways to fight my way out all that craziness cause if I didn't was gonna hurt him and end up in jail for it...luckily I stayed positive but steadfast when I was being attacked reminding myself that god will back me up he will shield me from all that drama that was being put on me.
