    en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_sovereign_states_and_dependent_territories_in_Africa According to Wikipedia it depends on how to look at it. Yes in some way there are Countrys which are going over multiple Countrys. But usually I wouldnt say Spain is an african Country. It strongly depends on from which Position you are looking on it. Its a littlebit like Kosovo in Europe, its not a UN member but depending on în which Country you are staying you could say it is a Country or its a part of Serbia. Usually when you talk about african Countrys you talk about the 54 african Sovereign Countrys. Which îs not including Ceuta, but also French and British parts like Tristan da Cunha or Mayotte or Reunion. So when you life in Melilla you probably would say Spain is an african Country. When you life in Ghana or Malawi or in some of the African Union states, you wouldnt really agree that Spain is an african Country. But in my opinion the most people în the world wouldnt say that Spain is an african country. As I do, and obviusly also Gustav thinks like that.

    Something interesting about their variety of Spanish. It is the most closest dialect to European Spanish. In pronunciation they pronounce casa and caza like casa and catha like in Spain. In Latin America the z is pronounced like an s. They also use vosotros as well ustedes like in Spain. In Latin America they don’t use vosotros only ustedes. Vosotros is the second person informal plural and ustedes is the second person formal plural.

    I think it's because they were colonised much later and gained their independence very recently. The Spanish they speak is closer to modern varieties of Iberian Spanish, whereas Latin American dialects are probably more similar to 16th-century Spanish.

  • @sans_hw187

    @sans_hw187

    Жыл бұрын

    @@lucasribeiro7534 this has more to do with the fact that the Americas were almost exclusively settled by people from Andalusia/Southern Spain where there wasn’t and still isn’t today any distinction between s and c/z, Latin Americans speak more like southern Spaniards speak. Whereas Equatorial Guinea was not settled (very few Spaniards emigrated there) and was ruled directly from Madrid so they learned the language the way Madrileños speak it.

    You didn't have to show that young lady falling down so many times. Ridiculous. Also disrespectful you took video when you specifically were told that you can't. Typical western attitude taking ownership over things that are not yours and cross boundaries you have no business crossing. Other than those issues.... this video was nicely done.

    The Spanish language in Equatorial Guinea is the language of the educational system and the government, that is why the majority of the population (around 88%) can speak it, but only around 10-15% of the population have a high level of language proficiency. Spanish is ALWAYS spoken there (or in the vast majority of cases) as a second language, since the majority's mother tongues are African Bantu languages, but there are people who have native domain even though it is not their mother tongue (and there are a small percentage of Hispanic Americans (mostly Cubans) and Spaniards residing in Equatorial Guinea). Spanish is used for mutual communication between people with different mother tongues, but lately French has been gaining ground as a working language (because it has French-speaking countries as neighbors). I hope that one day our region (Hispanic America) and Equatorial Guinea can have more union one day. Greetings from Mexico!

    The Spanish didn't explore any of sub-Saharan Africa before the 19th century. In the 10th century, from what I know, there were no Europeans visiting Mali. Only North Africans, converting them to Islam. The first Europeans to make it beyond the Sahara (including Equatorial Guinea) were the Portuguese, in the 1400s.

The only thing you have in common with the rest of black Africa is that you have some black blood in you.
