To add some more depth to the bone marrow, use the roasted bone marrow to make a bone broth. After the fat has cooked with veggies and spices for a low and slow, de-fat the broth and use that to make the compound butter. Also, Guga, you need to try confit cherry tomatoes. Add the tomatoes, garlic cloves, oil, and rosemary to the oil and bake until the tomatoes start bursting. The solids are now insane flavorings and the oil can make a sauce worthy of gracing the Queen.

I bursted out laughing at when Angel said:... nyOOOOOkii XDD. didn't expect him to say that XD
*Also Guga, you should do a PSYCHOLOGICAL EXPERIMENT on your family. Make 3 regular “Guga steaks” (just salt, freshly ground pepper, garlic powder and nothing else) and serve them to Angel, Leo, and Mau-Mau. Tell them it’s an experiment and you want them to let you know which steak tastes better. However, they’re all the SAME steak! But they won’t know that. You should even try to use the placebo effect on them and point to one of the steaks and say, “I think you guys will REALLY like this one!” but again, it’s just another control steak. Make them think it’s different and maybe their brain will actually make them taste something different.*

I've thought this before, I agree. I believe they'll know though they always do but the placebo effect of what guga might say may change the outcome.
"You got to be naughty in order to win" - Guga 2022
So now you need to do the same experiment again only use naughty butter as the base butter. And make the butter of the gods with naughty butter and compare it to the original.
Angel should be a Pokemon called 'Nyoki' the way he said 'gnocchi' lol
a pro move with the burnt butter is to let it cool to room temp and then whip it with a mixer and brown sugar. Do it on homemade rolls. its literally incredible

also add some shiitake powder for the salt.
There was so much butter in this video i had a tiny heartattack by even watching it.
Guga, a wonderful side dish I have had the past few days is simple skewer-grilled baby potatoes. All we do is cut baby potatoes in half, skewer them with metal skewers, spray them with cooking oil, and add some popcorn salt on top before grilling them for 45 minutes to an hour. I wonder if you and the guys would like them, and how you would change them to be a little bit extra!
Do an experiment trying different Bone Marrows. Pig Bone Marrow, Cow Bone Marrow, then maybe something like Ox or Bison.
He officially said "talkin about that" and "the only thing left to do" too many times in this episode.
I just recently had a few firsts thanks to you! 1. Medium rare, I always went medium until I tried MR, WOW! 2. Filet Mignon, all I need to say is OMG! 3. Dry aged KC bone in strip. I am going to try to dry aged some steaks myself because what in the world, this was the best steak I have ever had. Thank you Guga!

Long time viewer, and have learned so much. You and your crew are so fun to watch and listen to. I never miss a new video on ether channel. Just wanted to let you know that me and my son have enjoyed every minuet we watch, and are going to try these butters for sure.
I would 100% buy a shirt with a picture of Angel shouting “GNOCCHI!”
Today I learned that I've been pronouncing gnocchi wrong my entire life.
Angel too funny man lmfao
3:10: Guga: Followed by that confit garlic without adding the fat. Meantime: Fat running down and in goes it in the processor.
What if you make the butter of the gods using brown butter will it be better
I thought it was called "Nutty Butter" not "Naughty Butter".

You're correct. The technique comes from France, and it is originally called "beurre noisette" which translates into "hazelnut butter".
Your videos are so therapeutic could watch them all day
Try making the bone marrow one with the burnt butter
Haven't seen a picanha steak in a long time Guga!
Here's something I don't think you've tried: Fermented Shrimp Paste. Also known as BAGOONG in the Philippines and most southeast asian countries. Commonly found in most asian supermarkets or well stocked asian sections in mainstream american supermarkets (ie not that hard to attain). Perhaps try initially as a compound butter? Or a dry aging method? Or a marinade when putting into sous vide? I'd be interested to see if you're down for trying, Guga.🤔
Guga please do a pepperoni experiment, especially with pepperoni compound butter.
Hey Guga, i've been watching your videos for years and watch them whenever I eat wishing I could try some lol.
Guga tried to make Angel change his mind on camera about Chicken Vs Bone Mar.. 🤣 I like that a Angel remained honest and said what he likes not what he is suposed to like bcs bla bla
Guga keeps improving his content. Most youtubers have to stretch the video to reach 10 minutes. Guga has actually to shrink it.
I like how tiktok calls it "burnt butter" when it's just a brown butter.
Naughty butter is what you use in the bedroom
“and that confit garlic without any of that fat” as the fat slowly drips in anyway
“Naughty butter” 🤣
New meme: where's my gnocchi
I have to say, I've made your butter of the gods a few times, these tiktok folks are still not anywhere near your level ;)
Angel made me want to make a fresh chicharrón compound butter now!
Hey Guga, thanks for your great videos. After watching your videos, I have three requests for future videos: - Please try some other cattle breeds than wagyu and American beef. - How do you clean all your pans and other cooking ustensils so they continue to be so shiny ? - Please cook a foie gras in a terrine using sous vide. And yes I'll repeat those requests often. ;)
I feel like naughty- butter of the gods vs regular needs to be tested.
Thanks for the video, Guga. Any chance we could get an experiment with your home-made MSG (MSGuga) in a compound butter or a dry-age?
GRILLED/SMOKED TESTICLES AS MYSTERY MEAT ?
Browned butter with Italian seasonings, a little msg, spg, and juices from the bag. It's heavenly.
Guga buys so much wagyu he should get a free massage at the farms
My go to Butter is, garlic scape butter, it leaves green bits over the stake giving it a nice presentation plus a creamy finish.
If you low punch 6 times in a row Angel pops up and yells Gnocchi!
While I do enjoy brown butter it goes better with desserts rather than savory dishes to me. I even did a side by side on steak a couple years ago while my wife was tolerating my "journey to making the perfect steak" phase, and both my wife and I preferred regular non browned Kerry gold for this.

Really interresting, after that episode, i really wanted to try the brown butter. But i thought too that it could be like a "caramel taste" I will try first on bread and jelly, should work well !
as a man who lives in kerry we have the best butter in the world.
At first I thought he called it "Nutty butter". I guess Naughty Butter isn't too far off either

Don't know where he got "naughty" from. It *is* NUTTY butter.
Hey Guga you should do STARFRUIT on steaks! Starfruit marinade and compound butter. Cheers!
Dry age in sawdust of grill and smoke flavor wood: hickory, mesquite and applewood!
Three stick of butters 😂
I also created a log after roasting some chicken. Mine was a bit different though...
Thomas Straker is a buttery madman.
I love that every sentence that Guga says? Sounds like he's asking a question?
You have to do an updated butter of the gods video using browned butter.
2:39 “they are ready to be roasted” I felt that
Guga, love your channel. Tried so many of your recipes. 95% are Grand Slams! I am picky but another great thing are your side dishes. I do the BBQueing & my Wife makes your side dishes. It’s a Winning combo in our home! Thank You Sir for everything you do! You are Rockin it Man!!!

How do you roll the butter so perfect every time
Try Bordier butter… The late Robuchon uses it cause it’s the best quality butter in the world.. they have a range of butter varieties as well
Chicken skin is basically bird bacon. Shit is to die for lol
Guga, Would you consider doing dry age pelicle butter ?
Chicken thighs are so multifaceted. I love using the rendered fat for bolognese and fried rice as well… now to try the compound butter!
Carnivores eat the brown butter as "snacks".
Guga please dry age steaks in corn husks
Hi Guga ! You always use garlic powder to season your steak, but I was wondering if it would not be better to use other garlic seasoning like fresh garlic, garlic paste or some kind of garlic compound better ? Would you make a video about testing different kind of garlic seasoning to find out the best way ? Love you

he already did it and thought powder was the best
Unexpectedly enough, the burnt butter gets the trophy
the roasted chicken skin butter is amazing. tried it for the first time mothers day
You should try one of the best Greek butter and I think that you might be blown away man. The Greek "Staka butter" or "Στακα" mix it with oregano and black Greek truffle and then see the difference on the steak.
Guga can you do a umai dry vs dry age cabinet experiment
Guga you should do all successful experiments on steak on one video for a steak fiesta 🥳🎉
Getting cable tv vibes from the sped up ad lol.
Guga, I love your videos, you should dry age a steak in garlic and rosemary with a butter binder.
Next time try some cinnamon and brown sugar in the brown butter. Light cinnamon.
Now I gotta go watch the butter of the gods episode

I highly recommend a lemon thyme compound butter.
I feel like "burnt butter" / "nutty butter" is more often called "brown"/"browned" butter (though ig you use that term later in the video) All these butters sounds delicious, thanks for sharing
Man I thought I had a heart attack watching this with all that butter
One of the things I absolutely about Gaga, every measurement of butter is “a good amount of butter”. That’s what I’m talking bout! I was raised on butter makes it better.
how about making butter of the gods with burnt butter?
The butter of the gods, bone marrow butter. Ooh chicken skin
Been watching your channel for a while mind you hundreds of videos love the freeze dried part definitely need to try a freeze dried steak with au jus haven't seen you tried that yet never know but what is a fact is you'd be the steak God to try !!!!!!
“Without adding that fat” -fat slowly sneaks in-
If you make that "where's the gnocchi" shirt, I know I'd do everything I could to buy it.
Try grilled mushrooms and garlic butter compound on steak!
Would be interesting if 3 the three butter variants, were to be combined into 1.
