They are not "emergency vehicles", but private citizens running a security business. They are actually violating traffic regulations and they have no authority to interfere with the normal pace of traffic. They have no legal capacity to do so.

@@Frank_inSA Incorrect. If the violate valid laws, then they act illegally and can be charged. The Acts you mentioned do not include an indemnity rule for some citizens, which would be unconstitutional anyway. They are not above the law, just because they operate as a "private security" company, they are subject to the same laws as everyone else. Please don't confuse our democracy with Apartheid, were there were different laws applied to different parts of the population, which is anti-democratic, oppressive and authoritarian.

Anton Koen, I used to work in the Senderwood/Linksfield area - mostly Jewish suburbs, as a tactical officer. Those guys really need your help. When the cars are jacked, they disappear in Alex. My colleagues would drive in that Alex for hours, but would come out with nothing. I see you guys can go anywhere. Maybe if you promote your business in that part of town. I'm sure they'll benefit a lot from you guys.
