Yesterday, I saw someone walking by the river in my hometown wearing a winder towing jacket. I live on the oregon coast. It's cool to see this channel gaining notoriety.

Matt, you’re getting quite a crew. Of course Ed is the Rock Star, but everyone else is really coming along. Great channel and y’all are just plain great. I really appreciated you going by your parents and letting them be seen on camera, and even though Ed is the Rock Star, Jamye is the gem of the show. Going out in a skirt and heels to help on that one recovery, truly an all inclusive channel and operation. Great to see you are able and willing to include others and empower them, that’s the sign of a true leader.

I love that down by the bay song.. sung it to both my kids when they were little

No one I'd rather see more than Matt is Randy. Really easy going.

Don't get me wrong, I love VanLife. I'm even shopping around for a 7.3 Powerstroke E350 to convert into a camper... But I couldn't help but laugh whenever that girl called camping in a van "primitive camping".

I miss my van, had a 1999 E250, 5.4 triton(never had any problems with) 3/4 ton extended body...Had visor, rear window louvres, steps, rims, and nice triple set of Trak Racks .......miss it ....drove vans only for over 25 yrs,had 5 different, all Fords.....my favorite though was my 3/4 ton with a towing package '87....that thing was indestructible

Hey man, for broken tie rods just weld two old clamp grips (mole grips in the uk!) one set of jaws will hold the arm and the other will hold the tie rod to drive it to a trailer anyway!

The old ford E350 was the best, 1988 with the Navistar diesel V8 and a manul 4 speed. Just beautiful truly it was something. Although they suffered from fuel pump issues

You can feel real old when Lizzy don't understand pained vans like the Mystery Machine. Well I guess it's time for us old folk to take a nap.

Better handling in corners since the tire flexes less. At least that's the theory, most people buy them for looks. But most people buy off road tires for the looks too, not to off road with them. Having that tread on those tires is weird though. I suppose unless you're in something soft and need to air down they'd do fine off road.

@@royalmac1011 that's no guarantee. The wheel is heavy and so is the tire. When I went from 20 to 17 it was actually just about the same. And the tire was a heavier ply with the 17s

That second truck is super rare. Ford decided to make a Lincoln variant of the F150

Matt, you should have the Matts Off Road Recovery Logo printed on a big sheet of cloth and replace your headliner with it.

As soon as they said a Chevy with broken tie rod, I knew it was gonna be a Duramax with it’s front wheels pointing in lol those trucks always break like that. And for a guy who doesn’t work for Winder Towing, Randy sure does a good job at pulling people out in the Winder Towing Jeep lol 😂

I find it funny how "on vacation" "off work" "leaving for s trip" only counts if you are already gone. Still in town? Grab everyone and do a few tows. Great team! Winder owns the road; Lets just park the rollback here in the middle of the road - and drive across the road towing cars out of the sand. That is just fantastic.

I like when randy gets to do the recovery like this The white ford (I think it was a Lincoln) That took 5 tugs to get it out .... nothing wrong with being gentle like that ...

The guy in the Lincoln keep digging himself back in, as soon as Randy bumped him he'd gun it and dig back in instead of staying off the gas line Randy said. Randy may have hit a bit too light also though.

@@MidniteLiquid - The truck was 2wd, not 4wd. It would need a transfer case, front axle, front driveshaft and a ton of other small parts to be able to be put in 4wd.

I've driven a truck around (slowly) with a broken tie rod. It was on the passenger side, the side without the steering box. The caster in the front end will allow the wheel to follow you if your careful.

It's nice to have loud and clear audio.

Make some magnetic or sticky signs with your logo to throw over the license plates when you do a pull. Then take em off. Easy peasy, and will save you a lot of time in editing.
