No missing a Sherif design. I see kinship with the Caimano as well as the Veloce. Kubey 14C and D2 are money. I have a Verijero and a 322 Tityius that are excellent.

I know it isn’t a “script” per se, but I do love watching a video without a bunch of “uhs” in it!! You don’t realize how much it’s in other content you consume until you get a video like this, thats well articulated and calculated for lack of better term!

I don’t buy a lot of budget knives anymore but all of my Kubeys have excellent action.

Sherif has great design language, I prefer his Kizer designs, especially the grazioso. Btw the titanium version with 20CV was on sale for $100 the other day! The basic g-10/brass/n690 version is fire though. The Kubey Momentum is absolutely his best design with them IMO, the titanium model especially.

Love me some sharpening choil. Drives me crazy when the blade edge goes right into the plunge.

Too much finger choil and not enough sharpened edge for me. Also kinda fugly, but that's subjective.

I guess it depends on the size of the sausage fingers😂 as for the cutting edge not being big enough that depends on what it's being used for..I'd wager the vast majority of people that carry a knife could probably get away with a box cutter utility size for their needs- as for beauty..yeah that's subjective🍻

@@Rollshambo Agree that it's enough blade for most EDC tasks. Still, if I only want that much blade, I'll carry a smaller knife that takes up less room in the pocket.

I just compared it to the cutting edge length on my manix 2 and they are nearly identical in usable edge(and blade curvature too) I was actually shocked by this but I think the design makes the knife look like it has less edge then it really does..just thought that was interesting since you mentioned it😂

@@Rollshambosure, any knife that has a full finger choil cut out of the blade is going to have this issue. The Tenacious has considerably more edge than the Manix, for example.
