Continuing on Woman Grandmaster Dina Belenkaya's epic adventure throught the U.S, she managed to land in Washington DC missing a few flights here and there.
While playing strangers in the Washington DC Dupont Circle Park she was challenged by a young gentleman who had a few tricks up his sleeve which resulted in him winning the crowd's heart.

    @@miyamoto900it’s definitely possible. I went from 0 to 2000 in less than a year. You just progress slow, which is fine but that doesn’t mean that everyone else is the same

    When I was playing chess with my classmates in high school, we'd try to cheat like this sometimes. It was nothing serious. We were just messing around and laughing. So, when I see her do stuff like that, I just laugh. Don't take it seriously.

    9:43 b2 is winning. the queen can't take either pawn. if Qxc2 you play Rb2, queen can't take hanging knight because b1 queen, defending the rook. If Qxb2 your knight is unpinned.

    That wasn't a blunder, that was intentional. She enticed him to move his pawns forward on the King side, breaking up his line, snatched a Knight for her Bishop, and then exposed an opening on the Queens side where most of the action took place. That's what Grandmasters do.

    if an opponent calls out an illegal move by the other player, that is the loss right there and the end of the game. I think Dina should learn to speak more politely to people sometimes, and not always be demeaning. but I suppose in this day of streamer shows, it's all about getting attention and likes so she has to constantly talk and banter people.
