They handled this situation absolutely right. If the horse learns that by behaving badly he gets taken off into the stable, the next time he'll do it again. So they put him back in the box and rewarded him for staying there. Seeing the crowds out front, I can completely understand why the horse was reluctant.

Very impressed with that group of young men. Not sure the language they were speaking, but they were at least respectful to the Gatesman. Well done Chitzman, for telling that bunch of tourists to get back, when someone forgot to put the chain up. More hands available to calm the beauty, did the trick.

Really like the guy who said thank you to the guard at 3:12. Watch him when he starts to walk away. At 8:14 as the guard in brown started to walk behind the horse on the guards left something was thrown. 10:41 They should of cleaned up the horse mess, maybe then the horse would of gone in.

It is so easy to remedy, they don't allow huge amounts of people to gather outside the boxes, no need for bribes if they have a calm and good working environment. Why the hell should these beautiful animals have to go out and face these idiotic people who treat them like a petting zoo mauling them about, pulling the reins and acting like the own the horse. It isn't rocket science and my biggest worry when a horse gets this anxious, is horse and guard going down as horseshoes and cobbles are not a good mix. Let these wonderful men, women and horses do their job without hinderance of visiting tourists. I cannot think of any other job where this would be tolerated ever. Also if it the money that is needed proper paid for tours with no contact whatsoever with the box men/women or the gates man and chits man just a general tour of the yard and museum nothing more. People not in tour groups get no admittance. Easy really just takes a little bit more thought and organisation and some respect for our serving men, woman and horses from the people in charge.
