As an advocate I would say the most natorious are the designate senior advocates of HC and SC ...they are bestowed with the resposibility of upholding justice by making them senior advocates but all that they do is make money , become a bridge between Judges and clients for "Managing cases"

I was once a CLAT aspirant, almost got into NLU but instead chose med school and there is one dialogue from this Akshay Khanna movie that goes like “We are not in the business of justice, we are in the business of law”. If the lawyer is not doing something illegal to produce evidence or witnesses to hamper the case and he is just using loopholes in the law and weak case presented by opposing counsel then he is not essentially immoral/corrupt but actually smart.

I have a case filed for cheque bounce..it's been 6yrs in Bengaluru.. now judgement is done and police is asking us to bring the culpict to them since they could not find him. 😂 But he calls the warranty police and says he is out if town and connects to my family and threatens and says he is ready to give money in installments but first take back case (after judgement is done?) . Even during the case, lots of money worms, just for hearing the bribe is to given, xerox or any small work demands exuberant money..The place is like a he'll.. our advocate was so polite until he took all the money for the full case..now he scoulds/yells at us..doesn't speak in the court, when asked, his ready reply is Judge will have bad opinion and he can dismiss the case.. Rather compromise with the culprit.. Later I understood most cases are like compromises unless their next generation is ready to fight case.. If the same case is given to any loyal citizen, he can solve it within a week..just that Judiciary is a mockery and made for criminals

No they are not it's just that jisko Tarah se doctors don't judge ki unka patient ek criminal h ya civilian usi Tarah se lawyers bhi sirf apna kaam krte h aur jis kisi ek insaan ko represent krte h uske favour mein ladte h aur national security ke hisaab s bhi they do it for the sake of the country. As my family being victim of indian justice system, i also gave up my faith on indian justice Today while jogging, a drunk driver hit me with his car, ofcourse i don't have any evidence, i didn't utter a single word with four man, why? Because i know even if i said something it would've been escalated the situation and they could've attacked me, I'm not scared of four drunk man, i was scared of my punches that i can't hold back for my defence, im scared of fake charges against me, I'm scared of police involvement, I'm scared of my family responsibilities that depends on me,

Nirbhaya case mein defense attorney khud aage aaya tha rapists ko represent karne ke liye whereas Mumbai attack case mein Kasab ko represent karne ke liye court ne hi attorney appoint kiya tha. Dono mein fark yeh hai ki Kasab ka lawyer sirf case build karne ke liye uske saath raha par Nirbhaya ke case mein Defense baar baar ladki ke character ka assassination karta rehta tha isliye Nirbhaya case logon ko zyada yaad raha aur zyada waqt ke liye air bhi hua tha.

As an advocate I would say the most natorious are the designate senior advocates of HC and SC ...they are bestowed with the resposibility of upholding justice by making them senior advocates but all that they do is make money , become a bridge between Judges and clients for "Managing cases"

I was once a CLAT aspirant, almost got into NLU but instead chose med school and there is one dialogue from this Akshay Khanna movie that goes like “We are not in the business of justice, we are in the business of law”. If the lawyer is not doing something illegal to produce evidence or witnesses to hamper the case and he is just using loopholes in the law and weak case presented by opposing counsel then he is not essentially immoral/corrupt but actually smart.

I have a case filed for cheque bounce..it's been 6yrs in Bengaluru.. now judgement is done and police is asking us to bring the culpict to them since they could not find him. 😂 But he calls the warranty police and says he is out if town and connects to my family and threatens and says he is ready to give money in installments but first take back case (after judgement is done?) . Even during the case, lots of money worms, just for hearing the bribe is to given, xerox or any small work demands exuberant money..The place is like a he'll.. our advocate was so polite until he took all the money for the full case..now he scoulds/yells at us..doesn't speak in the court, when asked, his ready reply is Judge will have bad opinion and he can dismiss the case.. Rather compromise with the culprit.. Later I understood most cases are like compromises unless their next generation is ready to fight case.. If the same case is given to any loyal citizen, he can solve it within a week..just that Judiciary is a mockery and made for criminals

No they are not it's just that jisko Tarah se doctors don't judge ki unka patient ek criminal h ya civilian usi Tarah se lawyers bhi sirf apna kaam krte h aur jis kisi ek insaan ko represent krte h uske favour mein ladte h aur national security ke hisaab s bhi they do it for the sake of the country. And I agree that I am not totally right but you people are also not completely right. There should be a legal mechanism to overcome the delays in the lowest point cases where authorities have rights to avoid foreseeable loopholes, lawyers might produce.

As my family being victim of indian justice system, i also gave up my faith on indian justice Today while jogging, a drunk driver hit me with his car, ofcourse i don't have any evidence, i didn't utter a single word with four man, why? Because i know even if i said something it would've been escalated the situation and they could've attacked me, I'm not scared of four drunk man, i was scared of my punches that i can't hold back for my defence, im scared of fake charges against me, I'm scared of police involvement, I'm scared of my family responsibilities that depends on me,

In nirbhaya case the person defending those rapist was himself a bastard, he made so many disrespectful comments on nirbhaya and her mother. It's ok to provide lawyers to the criminals but those lawyers don't have any right to disrespect the victim and her family.

Nirbhaya case mein defense attorney khud aage aaya tha rapists ko represent karne ke liye whereas Mumbai attack case mein Kasab ko represent karne ke liye court ne hi attorney appoint kiya tha. Dono mein fark yeh hai ki Kasab ka lawyer sirf case build karne ke liye uske saath raha par Nirbhaya ke case mein Defense baar baar ladki ke character ka assassination karta rehta tha isliye Nirbhaya case logon ko zyada yaad raha aur zyada waqt ke liye air bhi hua tha.
