That is a really good habit! I need to get like you. I may start sleeping with my phone in another room. Being on the phone is such a time and energy suck. 💛☺️

@@AleciaRenece my phone stays in the kitchen. I believe the idea of no input is also backed by neuroscience.

I have same thing. Vision board index cards. Mine say- Don’t buy it. You don’t need it. I have a list of accomplishments. I have one that says sometimes the grass isn’t always greener. Sometimes it’s astroturf. 👍🏽

I too came across Lefie’s video and I’m working on making a deck of cards for myself. I like that you include scriptures and other God focused things, nothing is more important than that!

Alecia, I can totally relate to your need for something that can literally be you with you. I have a vision board, but take photos of it and then break it down into actionable steps for the day and week. Also, it helps having visuals of the accomplished me. It's the way I use my index cards, but I also love this share. I love having my inner most thoughts and desires with me everywhere. Thank you 🤗!!!

This is BEAUTIFUL!!! That's a really good idea! I never thought about doing that (taking photos of the board and carrying it with you). I also LOVE that you break it down into actionable steps. I feel like a lot of us get stuck on the vision itself, but don't take that extra effort to make it real and bite sized. That's perfect. 💛💛💛 And pictures of the accomplished self is life changing 🤗💛 thank you so much for sharing this with us! I may try that next time! It's brilliant!
