Dude i remember getting the achievement this way and all my friends from high school got it this way except for my boy KC who literally got a for real natural double kill without working with anybody.....he wouldnt stop showing us the screengrabs from it and bragging bout it

I did that but nobody would do it for me so to get my Katana in Halo 3 I had to go for the double Spartan laser kill on my own. I am pretty sure I got it like 6-8 months after launch by lasering two guys in a warthog on one of the very rare maps that had both a warthog and a Spartan laser spawn in matchmaking. Oh and a triple kill with the melee sword was near impossible too without dying and losing the laser sword. Took me around 7-8 months to get my katana, I was always sad no one would help me get my achievs after I helped so many get theirs.. but I felt proud to get every single achiev legit on my end.

Double kill (obviously) and he basically headshotted the one guy immediately in front of him and in the distance he got the other guy midjump in the ass....was actually a pretty funny screencap

When Spartan Ops first released there was a glitch in which you could just load the level then save and quit and it would count as completion. Took me 15 minutes to get that solo legendary achievement

Lucky I actually played through and I missed one, lucky for me I got the glitch where the game stopped logging which Ops I completed in Legendary and which ones I didn’t. At least I know it’s not in the last 5 chapters.

Killionaires count toward the achievement in Firefight matchmaking, so do headshots and assists. This is likely the easiest way to get legendary medals if you play Arcade Firefight

the Watcher achievement should've included Sentinels.

And especially having poor royalties. I know MCC has 7K Gamer Score but it also has 700 achievements making the average achievement score a shitty 10G, but that also goes down scale to 5G because you need good royalties for hard achievements right? Halo 3, ODST and Reach were pretty generous in the gamer score of their campaign achievements, Halo 3 giving you 20G to 50G for simple mission completions and then 125G for Normal completion and same for Heroic and Legendary. In MCC it is horrible, the most difficult Halo game (Halo 2) will only reward you 50G for completing the game on legendary not to mention it basically has a permanent Iron Skull, so when you complete Halo 2 on Legendary in MCC all you get is spite, and maybe Helioskrill but it's still spite.

Reset the first 2 minutes of the Spartan Thorne mission on Spartan ops over and over. You get about 15 right away and a sniper to instant kill them. You don't need to complete the level for the counter to go up.

I only considered some of these achievements fun, because I did them with my friends back in the Xbox 360 days. Times were so different back then.

Don't know if this helps, but the Killionaires you get in Reach Firefight matchmaking count towards your progress for Domination, because I certainly haven't gotten any in pvp matchmaking. You could probably gather up enemies for one player to get killionaires, or let them take on the bonus round grunts.

I used the Mombasa Streets playlist, worked on my ODST Legendary stealth while trying to find it all

I love the idea of the audio logs in ODST. They are cool to listen to, plus the more you get the more weapons caches you can access for better weapons and sometimes vehicles. Good idea if a little buggy

For grenade kills, I found H4’s custom loadouts help cuz u can equip plasma nades and just go for sticks. Makes it easier if u want to grind them out.

Easy way to get Environmentalist, Domination, Catch This: grab a friend (both on PC or both on xbox), set matchmaking to input based and platform based and search for 1v1 on H2A only, hit search at the same time and the game should put you against your friend, you should be able to grind all the achievements in a day or two. For Roadkill Rampage do the same but in big team H2A and hope matchmaking puts you in different teams (whoever grabs a vehicle first do the splatters!)

another tip for roadkill rampage if you're playing alone; hornet. get the halo 2a bloodline map and get in the hornet and just squish people the whole game. i think my first game doing that strategy i got like 30 splatters lmao

My least favorite achievement for the MCC so far has been One Final Firefight. You have to get a score of 150,000 on the level Lone Wolf. Its so tedious only because if you die even one time then you must restart the entire mission.

There's something so much worse. The Endure achievement. Like the Vidmaster Endure achievement from ODST on the Xbox 360, you have to last 4 sets with limited lives and 3 other people. It's impossible for solo players and and getting a group of decently skilled players to play for a few hours is very difficult.

the only reason the h2a achievements are so rare is because no one plays h2a mp. the rarest achievement for h2a is earn 100 splatter medals. so many people would already have that on reach and halo 3. The second rarest achievement for halo 3 is Mind The Gap at the moment, which was basically just annoying to get, rather than difficult.

@@tagg946 I just cheesed the mind the gap achievement, you don’t even need skulls or be on legendary, I went on easy and put on the acrophobia skull, lined up 4 hogs and made sure I knew where each grav lift was, you can do it solo like me but if you have a buddy or 2 it’d be easier. I did this earlier today so it still works.

The one upside to the Spartan Ops missions was that headshots count towards the multiplayer headshot achievements. Grind time was reduced significantly.

The only bad MP achievements are the ones that you can’t do in custom games. Like Environmentalist.

If you consider them a pain, I boost with friends which makes the game fun especially when you get tired and miss a jump or blow someone up in a weird way. The 1v1 playlist wasn’t always the only way, those of us who have been on the game from 2019 on older had multiple opportunity’s to clear out that achievement. It’s still far easier to boost then expecting to obtain through regular multiplayer. The environmentalist achievement isn’t really bad as I’ve seen numerous people who had mcc from launch or soon after have most of the achievement knocked out before wanting to boost the last 30 or so. Dudes who are really good at the game and play a lot of h2a also seem to have the achievement. Forgot what twitch streamer it was but he has it unlocked but isn’t a hunter though I know that doesn’t reflect everyone

I finished 700/700 earlier this year and you did really well with your list. For whatever reason, getting 100 splatters in H2A matchmaking was a pain as well. You can get melee'd on the Ghost when you attempt to splatter someone and they jump over you. It was extremely frustrating.

CE assault on the control room is also a harsh par time that requires some skips to complete. It’s probably the longest CE mission normally but the par time is super gogo mode

I remember an achievement in the original _Reach_ where you had to survive a fall that would have been fatal by assassinating an Elite. You do not know the rage in that achievement

@@skunkstriped It's not in MCC, and I don't remember it being that difficult in OG Reach got it within 20 tries, but keep in mind I was doing the elite at beginning of Pillar of Autumn which if I hadn't been told to use that elite, it would have been much more difficult.

They have an achievement to play a gamemode balanced around co-op solo on the hardest difficulty and they don't adjust the difficulty to account for the fact that you're a single player. And no shit, yes challenges can be too hard. If they had the challenge "literally make a new Halo game" you'd say that's too hard, so this nonsense point about "there's no such thing as a challenge that's too hard" is completely asinine. It isn't hard because it's like supremely well crafted, it's hard in the same way Halo 2 Legendary was hard, there are things that are bullshit and unfair constantly, because it was literally made for 4 people and wasn't rescaled to account for different playercounts.

When Halo CE Anniversary came out I got all the achievements in the game solo. The only game I ever did 100% of the achievements. Love that campaign and it gave me new ways to play it. There was a couple hard ones that took multiple tries. Stuff like not being able to take any damage on certain levels or not being able to pick up new weapons for an entire level. The one I still remember as the hardest was beating The Library on Legendary in less than 30 minutes. That one took A LOT of tries....

@@JuiceboxCE Facts it pretty much IS rng. Took me like 7 tries to escape the Gold Elite at the end. My strategy is to run past him into the edge where Chief kicks a rock into the abyss earlier in the mission (there's an invisible barrier that the Elite can't cross) so you trick him to get past him and try to outrun him all the way to the beach where you can get an overshield, and by the time you climb back Foehammer should have landed so just never stop moving until you can hop on. Good luck!

That 30 minute Library run was so goddamn hard. I remember doing It too, but managed to do it…somehow.

For the Firefight achievements, you were able to unlock all of them by completing just the last level. I don't know if that was ever fixed or not, but it was a huge help when I was going for my 100% as well.

As someone who has completed all MCC achievements, I have to say that the “Environmentalist” achievement is only annoying because is has to be done in H2A. Other than that, I really enjoyed changing up my play style and getting creative with the map.

I've jumped in FFA with friends a lot of times so I know you can unless they recently changed that. I've never brought a full lobby there because I just haven't had enough people but I brought like 6 people counting myself so the games only had 2 randoms. It was actually a lot of fun and if you can set up a good party this becomes a very viable strat for most of these

Having two groups of people region locking, input locking, platform locking and then joining a matchmaking playlist in MCC is the only thing you can do to get rewards and actually just have fun with your friends since Halo 3 and Reach where you could join up with people during matchmaking and stick with the same people forever.

Btb is the easiest way to get triple double. Sit back with the dmr and hit headshots. Lots of times other people will actually get the kill but that's a good thing. Best Playlist for steaktacular too bc the score difference doesn't need to be so extreme.

SWAT plays like normal Slayer only no shields, no radar and no weapon spawns but you have a Precision Weapon. Body shots still do damage but if you're trying to get body shots in SWAT then there's something wrong with you XD

Hey I have 698 Achievements in MCC (Halo 2 LASO is the last i need) Heres some tips for a lot of the annoying achievements. 500 Nade kills - You and a friend can que into halo 2A 1vs1 and stick eachother. 100 Splatters in 2A - You can get this with the Environment kills because the hitbox of the icicles has a splatter effect if the player is killed by the projectile. 100 Environment kills in 2A - Just like the nade kills you and a friend can que into 2A 1vs1 and wait to get lockout. 500 wins in multiplayer - You can solo que into customs and end the game and it gives you the win. 100 Legendary metals - Steak taculars in reach heaves and also killionares in firefight (they count) are the easiest ones to do. Another tip for multiplayer DO NOT PLAY HALO 3! A lot of achievement progress does not count like assists and metals.

2:16 There is a bug in MCC that causes your completion to not tract on the mission selection screen. Not only do you have to spend the countless hours playing through them on Legendary solo, you also have to keep track of which one you last completed.

Yep, there's an achievement per chapter, but actually I've completed all Spartan Ops chapters in Normal difficulty and I earned that achievement. Recently I started on Legendary (solo) and completed some chapters in a row, but the progress of the chapters still appears like if it only was completed on Normal, so now I don't have idea on what chapter I was.

I checked and it turns out I have the domination achievement. definitely mostly from getting steaks in big team

For ODST I found all the audio logs and didn’t play the story through. So that’s a rough way of going about that unfortunately

When I first got MCC, I didn’t have any friends that played Halo but I still wanted to go through all of it on Legendary… including Spartan Ops. I wasn’t even thinking of the achievement. It came as a complete surprise when I finished. I thought: huh… well, I guess it makes sense to create an exclusive achievement for doing something solo that was meant to be done cooperatively. Cool.

The legendary metals, 100 Splatter in H2A, Environmentalist and the 500 Grenades are still KILLING ME! GAHHH!

For players trying to get the IWHBYD skull in halo 2, you don’t need to trigger certain checkpoints. All you need is to trigger is the sniper alley checkpoint and go to the area where the skull spawns, and get the 1/7 chance of the skull spawning.

There's one mission in Spartan Ops that has around 15 watchers right at the beginning. Made getting that achievement so much easier because I got a checkpoint right before they spawned

The problem with these achievements is that you guys try to get them in a shirt period of time which rises pressure and frustration. But REMEMBER the game came out 7 years ago and in that time medals built up in Multiplayer.

You're gonna expect to be at it for months, but not for half a decade. Some of these achievements should definitely be tweaked. Especially the Spartan Ops one, and the Knights and Watchers ones.

The third checkpoint is what triggers the game to decide whether or not to spawn the skull. You must have gotten lucky and managed to get to it with only 2 checkpoints.

Yeah, it's those multiplayer ones that are the real stickler, I never realized how little HA2 King of the Hill pops up till I needed it to

The main POS achievements that HAVE to be multi are the environmentalist and splatter. Both are to 100 and both are H2a exclusive

If I am understanding your distress correctly but maybe you already know, but it isn't _all_ of the Halos combined, but per game (so with all of the games combined, you have 18 hours total). If you already know this but it is still intimidating, as long as you beat the par time on most of the levels, you will finish each of the campaigns in under 3 hours. One thing that, for me at least, makes it much less stressful is using the mindset that you are basically "rationing" your total time. There are really easy tricks you pull off on a lot of the longer par time missions, which will allow you to take longer on other levels. Basically, if you finish a mission that has a part time of, say 25 minutes, in 15 minutes, that allows you to use those leftover 10 minutes on missions that do not have any easy tricks that cut off a lot of time. I hope this all made sense and I hope it boosts your confidence like it did for me. It is far more achievable than you would believe, and I believe in you!

You can use ANY skull in Spartan ops for the legendary solo achievement, no matter what. Yes, that includes bandanna and acrophobia. It really helps a lot.

I finished my 700/700 about a month ago, and I truly believe Smooth Operator is the worst achievement in the entire game. It's one you don't hear about as much because people focus on LASO, but holy hell is it gratin Also I was one of the people who had the 100 legendary medals from playing matchmaking lol. I imagine 99% of it was from exterminations and steaktacular

90% of the issues with Smooth Operator is just that one mission where you have to protect the Phantom which is fucking impossible solo. Spartan Ops Solo was all just putting on a podcast and throwing myself at the enemy until they die, but the missions with actual fail-states are my worst nightmare.

Is that the Solo Legendary Spartan Ops one? Fucking hell, I've still never beaten Spartan Ops period. It's not a bad idea in a vacuum but it was a terrible replacement for Firefight because it's ONLY fun with friends, instead of MORE fun with friends.

i haven't done laso yet, but smooth operator was definitely worse than the under 3 hour and multiplayer grind achievements for me. it's just so mind numbing, atleast the speedrun tricks and big team battle games were fun

Could you theoretically grind grifball matches when the mode is available to stack exterm medals?

I got a killionaire and a extermination Medela in grifball you just have to be at the enemy team's spawn and kill them faster than they can kill you

Back when H4 came out, me and my dad did it all on Legendary. I was fairly enthralled and had a good romp. But I would not hunt that solo achievement.

I got it on my first try it just took several seconds to appear in front of me I think people restart the level too fast

I never used the skip getting myself on the gondola early, just played in a rushed mode and beat the par time.

I remember playing reach years ago trying to get the achievement: if they came to hear me beg.. I must have tried to do it for a total of 4 hours, it just wouldn't pop up. It's the only one I remember because of this .

100% agree with you, I happily enjoy playing through LASO, it is a challenge and it's really hard and at times can even be super frustrating but nothing bugs me more than multiplayer achievements that are either reliant on other people or just stupid rare RNG on top of stupid good skill. Nobody should be forced to try and spend hours trying to get these legit or even spending probably just as much time trying to find others that are willing to help them cheese it, because it is not an easy thing to do to find people willing to co-operate. Great video love your stuff, earnt a sub for sure it's nice to watch videos echoing my sentiments as I too am trying to get all of MCC achievements before infinite comes out. Currently at 542/700 and have only done Reach LASO so far and basically almost no multiplayer achievements so those will be the ones that end up taking the longest.

For Rock and Coil hit back, easiest way to get it is have the two of you search for a match in the 1v1 playlist with only the H2A maps selected and get paired against one another. Bc the score goes to 10, alternate kills and wait til the coils/icicles come back. Time consuming, but doesn’t take nearly as long as doing it legitimately. It’s what my buddy and I did. If we didn’t, no way I would have the achievement. Hope this helps!

I used to play Halo 3 matchmaking when I was a lot younger with my older brother and we had our little group online. Did everything from lone wolves to ranked slayer. Man I miss those days dearly. Getting exterminations and what not when you and the squad are playing together was always so fun! Unfortunately only 2 of us still play together still.

For the domination achievement you used to be able to get killionaires in firefight matchmaking and it would count towards your progress. I don't know if they patched it but it worked for me.

Spartan Ops caught my eye. It was surprising to hear that this was an entry here, since I never considered it. But then, I started to consider it, since I actually did play the whole 50 chapters alone on spartan ops on solo legendary, without knowing about the achieveme to for this section. Just gonna say, a solo run means about an hour and dozens of deaths per chapter, 50 hours in total, and dozens more deaths. I need to emphasize that. I'm glad it's over 😌

Pretty much the same as Nightmare on Doom Eternal, except Doom Eternal is amazing, while Spartan Ops is dogshit.

After watching this video for the first time I've started doing all of spartan ops on legendary alone and it's so far got me the 1000 crawler kill achievement and I doubt I'm far from the knight one (sidenote, assassinating watchers is possibly the most satisfying thing in history)

I've since completed h2, h3, h4, odst reach and spartan ops on legendary alone, completed both 1000 watchers and 1000 knights, and yet I can't get through the library on heroic

when you check your achievements and see you have domination without trying for it....

Completing legendary solo on spartan ops made me truly realise how bad 343i was on their game design. They had zero restraint on enemy quantity, assuming more enemies = more fun. Think i lost five years of my life playing it.

For the Legendary medals, I think one of the best ways to do them is sticking to BTB. I play so much BTB Heavies in Reach. Getting the latter two you mentioned are a lot easier when the score to reach is 150 imo (especially triple double), and sure it's usually still 1 per game, but sometimes you get 2. Exciting.

i play mainly swat and ive gotten quite a few extermination medals (even got a kiltrocity once) but BTB is probably easier overall...but every time i play it there is always throwers or griefers on my team so i dont touch it much

@@red5robb1 I main swat as well and have since 2009, the problem for me these days is that I'm in Australia and wait times for games are atrocious, and even when I do find a game there's a high chance it's a US West server and my shots don't register unless I'm playing like I can see the future xD I keep playing though soo... My eternal love for this game remains

Funny thing with the Master Chief Saga playlist, it probably happens because I have an old xbox but I was going through it and stopped playing around the middle of Halo 4 and now the playlist sends me back to the campaign menu instead of the game when I try to start it and now I have to start the playlist all over again

A lot of the multi-player achievements feel like Bungie saying "the only way you'll get these is if Halo is your only online game that you play, Halo is your life, you LIVE for Halo"

I've 100%ed MCC and I agree with all of these achievements, although I would've added having to get 5000 assists as a major pain cause u r once again relying on ur random (usually garbage) teammates to do some work. I also have some advice for getting the environmentalist and legendary medals achievements. If u have 1 friend load up an alt account, u can both search H2A 1v1 and most likely match each other. From there, if u get lockout, u can have the alt account player stand under the hanging ice and next to fusion coils for 15 kills (which'll give u a perfection). If u dont get lockout then u can pass the time by getting 15 nade kills and another perfection. This method is a little scummy, but the alternative is just simply not worth it for a 10g achievement. Hope this helps anyone who's trying for 100%

People recommend Halo 4 and newer for triple double because Assists were changed from requiring you to down 60% of a players shields (3 DMR shots) to just damaging them. Sidenote but I had a weird af glitch where I loaded into Halo 4 on 360 and was granted like 20 multiplayer Achievements. It made no sense

I remember solo playing through legendary halo 4 for the chief armour… I have to say I love those checkpoints break through them lol

That assassination cheevo in Reach, yeah it's busted. I've succeeded a few times, but didn't trigger it.

For some reason the par time for depositary can be done in slection where the level starts after the elephant section and still counted, weirdly selection levels that are reduced other than this one did not count kind of confused and relieved

Why doesn't MS allow you to remove games from your profile that have like 5G on a game you will never play again. My OCD can't take it that you can't hide the game or even erase it from your profile!

Weirdly enough, I got the Domination achievement relatively "easy" over time, before H4 even launched on the MCC. The last one I got was the 250 Killjoys, which was most annoying to me since there's no way to control it, outside of deliberately feeding and then you're basically guaranteeing a loss while still not being guaranteed Killjoys

The audio logs one is really tough because there's always that one log you can't find even when looking it up online.

I'm pushing towards completing the Spartan Ops Legendary Solo achievement.

So, I got that domination achievement back in early 2020. MCC came out on PC in early 2019. That means I got the achievement without knowing it existed and without trying in a year of just occasionally booting up MCC with friends. Honestly those medals really aren't that hard to get. Extermination is occasionally comically easy in swat especially.

I just went after the Master Chief Saga playlist achievement alongside all the par-time achievements since Normal difficulty is pretty easy if you've done them all on Legendary. There were a handful I had to do on Easy but beyond that, was really manageable.

What was really frustrating was that one of the early patches 343 released reset a bunch of players' progress on a bunch of achievements. My first 20-odd Legendary medals didn't count toward the achievement, so I had to get over 120 of them.

I found all audio logs by using the hints the super intending leaves (like cars horning, money getting dispensed from a payphone,walkway lights etc)

7:53 At the start of the level, you can make the Mammoth start moving sooner by running ahead of it. In the first fight, you can cross the river with a ghost by boosting across from atop a rock. In the barrier section, you can exit a ghost next to the barrier to bypass it. In the Lich section, you can board the Lich early by climbing up onto some rocks and jumping down after you destroy the Particle Cannon. In sniper alley, after loading it, you can backtrack and clip through some rocks to skip it. After the cutscene with the Librarian, you can jetpack up to the left to skip the enemies. In the final section, you can skip the barrier by jetpacking over the rocks to the right. "There aren't many tricks to save time."

I found that I was getting Killionaire medals fairly consistently in Firefight. There's one map, in Reach (don't know what it's called, but it's on a cliffside, with a landing platform), where piles of grunts will spawn on top of each other. Combine with an explosive weapon, and you're getting at least three Killionaires per match.

I am soo close. Halo 2 Laso right now and currently on regret with a friend. Everything else is done. Last 3 cheevos are halo 2 laso, laso master and finish 3 halo 2 Playlists. Love the vids. Agree with all of these, hated some of the grindy ones

oh man. the odst audio logs give me flashbacks. me and my friend were playing odst said we're gonna get all the audio logs. decided to stop playing at 20/30 logs because we were tired. loaded it back up a couple days later and all the logs were gone. so we had to get them all. it was so slow, annoying, tedious and it felt like it took actually 6 hours or so.

So glad I was able to get every achievement in the MCC in under a year lmao. Halo completionist discord was so helpful

Playing MCC multiplayer off and on since 2015 and just had the grenade achievement pop up like a month ago. I remember thinking "Damn... I've played hundreds of games and that was ONLY 500 grenade kills!?"

I had so much trouble with the CE achievement where you kill the first group of enemies in truth and reconciliation without alerting any of them. I spent about an hour restarting the level over and over again with two different friends trying and failing to get it. And then one day I was just playing the level normally with a a friend who was new to Halo, and we just randomly got it without trying to.

Best thing to do for ODST audio logs coop, is to load Mombasa streets 6 (The one before Kikowani station) Then get all the logs, and play kikowani station (load kikowani Station from Mombasa streets DO NOT quit to menu) After Kikowani, go straight to Data hive (load it from Mombasa streets again) and it will work. Me and my friend did it this way. This saves you having to play it all the way through. Alternatively, you can just do it solo and it will save you audio log progress even if you quit to menu. Hope this helps!

Out of all the achievements I’ve gotten in MCC thus far, by far the most tedious was the Nice Work Dawg! achievement (the one where you have to get 2500 assists.) Like the gernarde one, sounds easy on paper, but in practice it takes FOREVER. Surprised that one didn’t make the list cause that one was before the most annoying for me. And as a nice kick in the balls one last time, you get a grand total of 5G for unlocking it. The things we do for Halo sometimes lol

Domination: You plus three guests, friend plus three guests, 8 player FFA matchmaking...

As someone who didn't have a partner to play with, the two worst achievements you didn't include have to be the "complete two betrayals on legendary without killing any grunts" and "complete the ark on legendary without entering a vehicle". Other than that, all of the above are absolute nightmares

I beat Spartan Ops solo on Legendary. Figured it was gonna be bull but also guaranteed because I just respawn rather than reload a checkpoint. It was infuriating, and I was legit screaming at the game to just let me move on instead of being told once again that for no good reason I have to kill EVERY enemy on the map. But, I made it through, and at the end of it all... I didn't get any achievements because my internet was down when I finished it. There is now no way for me to get these achievements to pop, and I don't think I'd want to even if there was.

Me and my cousin found a strategy for some of the multiplayer achievements. Load of a 1v1 match with your friend and essentially stand around and let the other kill you for killing sprees, killjoys, grenade kills, environmentalist, splatter, and even legendary medals since they can kill you 15 times and get it that way.

I honestly love audiophile and love each and every time I get it. I've played ODST enough that navigating new mombosa isn't hard at all for me however so I can see frustration with it.

The Flipyap achievement was definitely the most grindy farm for any Halo achievement I’ve ever gotten. It literally took me like 5-6 hours straight of farming grunt dialogue from the group of 5 grunts at the end of crow’s nest to finally get it. And you know the funny thing? The very next day after getting it I was clearing out ODST par scores and I got the dialogue AGAIN from a grunt in data hive. Not even on legendary or with the IWHBYD skull activated😐

Did the Spartan Ops Legendary Solo. Only pain I had was one mission didn't register so I had to go through most of it again to find it.

For anyone struggling to get the par time on Reclaimer, one skip I noticed is to do the sniper school cross game playlist, when it gets to reclaimer it starts at the sniper canyon around 2 thirds through the level with the timer at 0. It was how I got the par time by accident.

I recently wanted to come back and play all the Halo games again, so I reinstalled MCC and after doing the first 3 or so mission on CE, I noticed there was an achievement for finishing the Master Chief Saga and thank god I did early because there was no way I was gonna redo it if I was 2 or 3 games in.

Here’s a recommendation for grenades. Rush someone and when they’re about to melee you, stick them and pray it registers.

About to give up on ODST. I'm missing 3 audio logs and everywhere in the street looks familiar. I'm basically wandering the city aimlessly hoping to come across the last 2 in the streets. Guides can't help because I could be missing any 2 of them and no guarantee i won't just miss it again if I try visiting everywhere

Fun fact about the 500 grenade achievement: you actually need to get the grenade kill medal to pop up witch is exclusive to CE, 2, 2A, and 4. Grenade kills in 3 and Reach dont count as well as plasma sticks

So far I've done my best to push through Spartan Ops on Legendary by myself (started before I even knew about the achievement solo), and so far have gone through the first 2 episodes. It's such a painstaking process, but it feels rewarding to me once I finally get a mission, let alone an episode, done. My only complaint are the god-awful spawn points that they throw at you half the time
