I recently read this and Obadiah, I fully believe we are in this time. Tovia, I only wish I could meet you one day. If it weren't for you, I would have never dug into my family history and found Jewish lineage or connected with HaShem.

I'm not Jewish I am a Noahide who is planning to move to convert to Judaism. I have learned so much from this knowledgeable rabbi. I don't know as much about this as I should. Rabbi Singer makes me want to learn more! I have learned more from this rabbi in one year than I learned in almost 30 years of xtianity!! Bless you rabbi. Youre a treasure!

Rabbi Singer, I am a Jewish liberal arts college student in the United States. I have been a long time follower of your videos and admire your work. I say this to emphasize that this video was perhaps the most impactful video of yours I've ever watched (and it's been a lot of them). Being in a particularly unsafe environment for Jews, I have taken solace in prophecies foretelling of our persecution and steadfastness in keeping the commandments and having faith in G-d. There have been times throughout my life that i have come to a self conscious realization when reading TaNaK that we are living out prophecy. As i get older these kinds of realizations become more prevalent and relevant and happens more often. I've been reading Zachariah and intently interested in this book for the past 10 years. I find it fascinatingly interesting that you bring up Zachariah as we enter the beginnings of Jacobs struggles which are becoming more and more intense. It pretty much sums up my life the past 10 years living in the USA which i have always considered modern day Mitzrayim. Thanks to Good Rabbi for affirmation and confirmation. may we see peace in the land with the coming of Moshiach soon in our days.

Rabbi Tovia, I always enjoy every word you say, but when you explain the Torah and all Tanakh, I enjoy listening to you the most. As I am not a christian, but my family is, I listen to you so that I can explain it when they ask me questions. I do it for them, but when you talk about Tanakh and explain it, I say to myself, okay, these words from you are for me. And I wish you did more videos like this one because I hunger to know HaShem, which is insashable. I Thank HaShem for your existence. You are one of the Jews that I am mentally tagging at your clothes to teach me. I study the Torah on my own, and I know that it is a mistake to do without a proper rabbi, but that is all I have: videos like yours and commentaries from the internet. You know Rashi and many other commentators that you can find online. My dream for many years is to get to know as much as I can about the Torah before I die, convert to become one of you and move and die in as much peace as I can in Israel. @tugatgalut the tanach tells us what to look out for. Things that are indisputable and things that the whole world notices (worldwode revelation). Things like all the Jews returning to Israel, full world peace, worldwide knowledge of G-d, 3rd temple. As you know those things haven't happened yet. When they do you will know about it.

What i am concerned is the ongoing war that is killing innocent people no matter what their believe system is. Until there is us and them.. or you.. nothing good can happen. Love your neighbour is forgotten... we all should be feeling close one another instead of seeing in suspicious way a foreigner.. only when we learn to see all the same and work together something good happens. I knew a lot of that already (thanks to you and Rabbis like you), but I didn’t know and or understand a couple of key points. One of which is, that once in the land we could have an army. It seemed we should be able to. Some make the critical error of thinking we aren’t allowed an army at all, which makes no sense given that the Lubavitcher Rebbe used to talk tactics and strategy with our military and political leaders. Surely he’d not have done that if it were forbidden. I just didn’t know there was a specific source for it. Thank you!

When I first started homeschooling my children years ago I kept thinking we're raising an army for God (Christian). Here we are 15 years later out of Christianity heading into Judaism, getting ready to move to Israel with 3 strong boys and 1 young lady WANTING to go into the air force. (Hoping that will shift to the IDF). I mean seriously- a real army!!! Who knew? But we're ready and we're coming. (Jewish by DNA & Soul)

One thing I believe both Jews and Christians can agree on is the fact that all of us who have a love for Israel are sensing that something world changing is about to happen. Jews believe their messiah is about to be revealed, Christians believe their messiah is about to return. Even the atheist can sense something is coming, something only the Lord can do. Dear Rabbi Singer, I have a question for you I hope you would address; what does the Tanach say about people who actively try to hasten the coming of the Messiah?

Hi , dear sir what about Psalm 22 (16-18)? David was talking about whom?

In Ezekiel he gives the blueprints for the third temple that the mashiach is going to build. He wrote that over 2500 years ago. But Jesus lived 2000 years ago during the second temple period. His whole life and death. How can he have any credibility as mashiach when he actually studied in the second temple. I know Christians say we are the third temple, but that doesn't explain their own belief that the temple will be rebuilt at the end of days.

If American Jews are largely destroyed by events in the US, God forbid, and that would swing the majority of Jews in the world to be in Israel, would that enable the Mashiach to come? (It’s a horrible question, but with the Obiden Regime, not entirely implausible.)

I am a Noahide and I live in the United States. I would like to convert but I have to move first but I belong to a lot of Jewish online groups. About a year ago I asked a lot of my Orthodox Jewish online friends why they didn't live in Israel they gave me different answers that made sense. In the last few months most of them have said that they are seriously considering moving to Israel at the very least would if they could.

@@joelc1520 The Hebrew reads as "THE DEATH" not DEATH. I believe that this refers to death by way of war as there is a theme that in the messianic age there will be no wars. I believe life will be as is today but more peaceful as the whole earth will worship the one true G-d. If you believe in eternal life I hope I am wrong for your sake. Wish you a happy eternal life.

If the prophecy is not exact with dates and times then it's just wishful thinking using things that already happened to predict the future which is easy to do when the thing has already happened multiple times in the past

Only God alone make no mistakes. Prophets (since Adam) are humans, and they make mistakes, BUT they are protected and guided by God, so whenever they make mistakes, God send an Angel to correct them. This is (should be) recorded in the scriptures so that the future generation of human (who read the scriptures) won't mistakenly think that they (the Prophets) are the gods (that cannot make mistakes) and turn into idolatry (by worshipping the prophets instead of the God). With all my respect, this (fact that prophets make mistakes) is not Odd at all. CMIIW.

The falsehood of a prophet is established by even the slightest divergence from the Torah.

Just like how Joshua did not speak with hashem before making a covenant with Gibeonites. How great men make mistakes because they are not enlightened directly by The 1 Creator

He is not claiming to be a prophet. Of course he is implying he could be wrong

They put it in the Bible because they didn't want the prophets to seem foolish. Even though if they're giving the wrong information then they are foolish and that's how you fix the perception of foolishness rightest though a god fix their foolishness

If you regard yourselves as being Jewish, quickly solve the relevant issues in the country you live in, and start packing for coming to Yisrael. Now is the time before the world is inflamed. The state of Yisrael should be prepared to the coming to Yisrael of millions of people. Those strict rules under The Law of Return should be relaxed, the Knesset may agree to an emergency decision. Airplanes may take people from those countries and bring them to Yisrael. The acceptance into Yisrael should occur at the airports to all those coming for aliyah, after a basic screening, registration, followed by repartition to areas in Yisrael. Come home! Now is the time!

The true identity of a child as a Jew or a Gentile by birth is matrilineal; it follows the identity of the mother who conceived the embryo and carried it through pregnancy until the child's birth. It has nothing to do with feelings.

Thks dear Rabbi Tovia Singer israel needs teshuva teshuva and strong unity as a jewish people expressed if I am correct by the prophet Jeremiah and all the destruction of the two was caused by unfaithfulness during the first temple but HaShem then had mercy and we could come to israel to yerushalaim and build the second temple was destroyed because of disunion and not trust in haShem and just to solve our internal problems we called the Romans who destroyed under HaShem s judgement the second temple and causing us the longest exile=galut but today israel is still much depending from the USA and we became divided so we need teshuva teshuva before the great day comes as there is a divine justice 100%.
