People aren't as smart as they think. Often they get stuck in rhythms especially later on when you're running on endurance and constant training. Realistically, learning someone's rythym is both the only way you'll hit a professional, and the best way to counter punch. It's also the best way to get punches in. Other fighters learn your rythym only for you to break it.

ONE OF THE BEST EXCITING VIDIOS IVE SEEN, FROM YOUNG and TRIM,TO OLDER AND OVER WEIGHT. THIS IS THE THE SCHOOLING THAT STAYS WITH YOU,AND BECOMES A NATURAL REFLEX, BOBING, WEAVING, SLIPPING PUNCHES AND THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL. ( TIMING ), GOOD LUCK TO THE HEAVY KID ,IN 3 TO 6 MONTHES WHATCH WHAT HE BECOMES,HE GOT DRIVE!!!!!!! AWESOME VERY AWESOME AWESOME ALL THE WAY
Believe it or not, this is probably one of the best inspiring video's I've ever seen.

My dad put me in boxing as a kid I was angry I had a lot of aggression a part of me was like whatever Then the growing part of me was like I needed this To make me a better person I'm glad my dad did that when I was a kid Other wise I would have done it for the wrong reasons I had to get that guidance And boxing helped When I was a kid It's better to do this to train than to go in wanting to just leave the gym and go out and wanting to whoop ass That's a poor attitude Boxing helped

Seen a guy once, a absolute monster in training, soon as it came down to sparring hard he quite soon as he coped one right on the chin.
Once you learn the rhythm and timing anyone can train like that

I worked with a chef that was a fat guy, his belly was most of his weight and it stuck out pretty far. One of his fight tactics was using a belly bump that kinda stuns you, and if there's a corner or wall your pinned, he was very fast with his hands. He could throw some punches for a big older man.

@@KG88KiteGodMusic we weren't fighting, he's an old Latin King and he was reliving his young days and asked me if I thought he had hands. To my surprise he was very fast with his jabs and that belly bump completely caught me off guard, there's no defense against it, using only your body unless you have a larger belly 😂. But yes working in a kitchen there are plenty of verbal and physical fights. People will box and go right back to work.

The guy punching the ball and holding it up only by sheer volume of punches was insane. Really inspiring stuff.
Im a heavyweight.. 285.. but i swear my speed is equal to these dudes... its inspiration, the fact one dude started a few weeks ago motivates me to want to do it myself. 😊😊😊 Look out for lil pink gloves...😊😊😊.

Bullshit. You’ve clearly never been in a boxing ring nor trained in boxing. And taking a Tai-bo class doesn’t count. Muscle memory leads to quicker and better form. It doesn’t make the boxers in this video. I competed as an amateur boxer from the age of 7 until I was 20. I saw WELL over 100 people train in my gym. Of that 100+, I can count on one hand the number of boxers on this caliber. It’s more mental than anything. Given the sad state of humans the world over, it’s no surprise most will never be anywhere close to a real boxer.
I did different workouts and still do kettlebells, but boxing days were the best. If you have opportunity to train and compete do not miss it.
Super impressive. Much respect
To the dude losing weight freaking fantastic work man and the movement n speed as a big boy is impressive, i hope he keeps it going for a long life....... that's what its all about
Super speed...wow❤
I like the kids just throwing body blows behind the guy keeping the ball up
Sometimes training like this is needed simply because the average mofo thinks they're a bad ass and needs to be chin checked after pressing up on you.
These folks are invincible, huge respects for all...love from india
