Watching this during my maternity leave and gotta say- I appreciate your vulnerability and honesty. This last year was HARD but when I come back in March I’m ready to reset and prioritize. Also I have a thank you card I keep forgetting to mail but while I’m here-I’m so grateful for you and your team! Kinda wanna become a copywriter now so I can learn it from you 😂

this was NOT messy - that was REAL. i already had so much respect for you for so many reasons and it just shot up even higher. thank you for your willingness to go outside your comfort zone in an area that's so raw (yet so relatable), for admitting you are not perfect and for being honest, instead of pretending all is well. it's the kind of thing we rarely see that can have a deep impact for many. my guess is the percentage of people who are NOT more impressed is next to zero (I'm not a numbers geek or i'd give you a percentage that's crazy low). MY reaction is a desire to show this to others so they can see what a true leader does. and a good human being. i suspect you helped a ton of people by posting this - modeling real life and struggle and just being honest. THAT is how we should all live. so much respect and so grateful for your willingness to share with us! and I'll give you hell yes for being ready for a fresh start!! thank you for all you do!.

I was on the verge of tears watching you talk about why 2023 was so hard (thanks high empathy). My gosh, Ashlyn - I wish I could hug you. That's A LOT...too much for a person in a year. Hooray to getting plugged into new friends in your "new" town! I always LOVE hearing about people's kid situation and how they get work done - thank you for answering that question! All in all, THANK YOU for doing this video and being so vulnerable. I vote more videos like this (whenever you can't figure out what videos to do :)). TCBC is my favorite, even when I suck at executing! Going to change that in 2024!

Imposter Syndrom is the BIGGEST thing holding me back. I've claimed that this year I am going through all of my systems, then through my shop offers & membership so that I can work on reach and visibility OUTSIDE of my comfort zone.

Lordy Lordy I feel you on the moving back home awkwardness 😅 I just moved back to Mobile after 11 years away, and while it’s been great and I’m so glad we are here. It’s also been… weird. Like a never ending high school reunion of sorts and not knowing if you should say hi to someone or not. And most definitely always looking like a hot mess when you run into someone you’ve been dying to catch up with.

I'm 7 months postpartum and my brain and hormones are still 😜 It's been really hard to balance motherhood of 2 tinys and sustain my biz. Finally got daycare twice a week so I am hoping 1. my baby will not be awake 2 hours a night and 2. I can start really digging into the biz. Just wanted to say I am alongside you. And it is really a challenge at times (and beautiful).

CONGRATS! Thank you for sharing pictures of your beautiful family and being so raw. I follow you because you're a successful entrepreneur and a mom! I am so happy for you and to see you again. Thanks for acknowledging that you have 3 super healthy kiddos... it makes a big difference! I had a baby too, she was born in August. Just hours before she was born we found out that she had a hole in her heart and most likely Down syndrome. Which was confirmed. She'll be 5 months old soon and most of those have been spent in the hospital. As a solopreneur, I've been questionning what Im supposed to do...
