All it needs is for someone to apply under the freedom of information act to see :- The Contract, The conditions under which it was awarded and who was the ultimate person responsible who signed off that contract. After that 'heads should roll' (But unfortunately they won't)

They also put the money straight into a Trust which means they don’t pay any tax on it.

Surely the Government should have asked all MPs (no Members of the House of Lords) to search their constituencies for companies that could help. And provided their was no conflict of interest, these companies could be fast tracked in line with the national emergency. Why it required anyone other than MPs to identify sources is beyond me.
