That tool is a Door Wedge to keep the Elevator door open 😊 as your inside the pit it slides in the seal that you walk over to enter the Elevator

Matt you can buy aluminum shims to clock your diff . I got some for my 02 E-350 4x4 and they worked perfectly. I got mine a O'Reilly

That cauliflower crap is nasty

You cant just point the diff pinion upwards to stop the drive shaft binding, your engine and diff have to be on the same plane for the drive shaft to work properly, if you point your diff pinion up more then what is from factory then you also have to do the same with the engine.

A rock crawler that only sees max 10mph when in 4WD doesnt have to abide by the rules. Also, you are referring to a single cardan driveshaft, a double cardan driveshaft is made to do just that (point up at the t-case)... this isn't my first rodeo!

@@patricsturm5473 the tractor was struggling raising it up and driving forward. I don’t think it would have been able to take it out of the garage and all the way down to the gooseneck and load it on there. How they done it with where it was going was the easiest solution they had available.
