First responders, doctors at the hospital, people at the club where the shooting occured, court officials who convicted Shyne of shooting her, all say she was shot, this definitely happened, they can't all be wrong

@@ghostwalk2446exactly, there’s no doubt she was shot. Shyne ate the charges. Got paid. J-Lo fled diddy shortly thereafter. I’m not a witness and he can’t be retried for it because it would be double jeopardy so I don’t think there’s any harm in saying it, but it should be obvious to anyone aware of the established facts, with basic logic and common sense what happened. Diddy who was known for his temper and violent outbursts in incidents like beating producer Steve Stout with a telephone for premiering the version of the “Hate Me Now” video with Nas in ‘98 which depicted then both being crucified on MTV and BET after he told him not to, shot recklessly in he club, likely hit this woman accidentally, told Shyne he and his family would be taken care of if he took the fall, Shyne did. Maintained the code of silence. Diddy was acquitted of both bribery and assault so again double jeopardy means he can’t be tried again for it and even if he could, those both passed the statute of limitations (no one was killed to my knowledge or else it wouldn’t be so cut and dry as homicide has no SoL). I don’t think he should go down for that since it was 25 years ago, SOL passed and he was already tried for it, and if it turns out everything else was just blown out of proportion and he was having wild parties with consenting adults and there may have been drugs involved, that’s no worse than what any number of other celebrities are doing. The allegations against him now seem much worse. I’ll wait for the facts to come to light though.
