@@Aurora_Dawn Exactly! Sy Ray gives BK's actual location and he was nowhere near 1122 King Street. The PCA even say BK's phone didn't ping to some cellphone tower on the night in question. No one can be at two different places at the same time.

Sy Ray is going to say Kohberger was at Wawawai Park at *_some point_* that early morning, but the defense themselves refused to say what time and said they are keeping it quiet about where Kohberger was later that early morning. The alibi was vague as sin and didn't just have the claim, "Here is where I was from 4 til 4:30." The defense didn't say Kohberger was not driving around and parking right by the crime scene, as they have never bothered to say he wasn't driving Suspect Vehicle 1.

Every small college town it would be the same. It’s just the logistics of it. Reason why in a big city and no sheath he would have gotten away. By that logic he may have killed already?

no matter which side you are, you have to ask why the state cannot produce any evidence after 1.5 yrs? and why do the prosecutor beg for close hearings while the BK wants everything public? 🙄

Can’t produce evidence? We wouldn’t be at this point if there wasn’t sufficient evidence to go to trial and prove beyond a reasonable doubt. It’s just that everything is sealed so we don’t get to know what all the evidence is at this point in time beyond what the judge released in those hundreds of pages. Trust me, they’ve got more where that comes from.

prime suspect? there are no other suspects because Moscow Idaho refuses to acknowledge that there are at least 10 other people (if not 100) who have had considerable more contact with the victims, have histories which might explain motive, and have displayed behaviors afterwards which might warrant suspicion....ie leaving town immediately. and yet haven't even been seriously interviewed. this case and the entire prosecution reeks. oh yes but they did destroy the crime scene....that much they did do.

They have published nothing--absolutely zero--to indicate that Kohberger ever even heard of these people, no les, ever had any contact with them.

The complications in this case are terrifying, much like the suspect, in my opinion. To say the whole thing feels sus is a wild understatement.

Have you actually read the court filings? The forensic evidence is pretty weak and the prosecution doesn't really have much. The reason they're playing games is b/c they know there's a lot of factors and evidence that cast reasonable doubt on their theory of murder. It'll be interesting to see how this case plays out at trial....

It’s completely unfair to the victims, their families & even the families of the guy they’re holding in jail without solid evidence & have blocked him from trying to get his side heard There’s OBVIOUSLY a TON of things going on behind closed doors that the families & public should know about! -The crime scene is underground- buried in a secret location! Why?!? -Only 3 unknown male DNAs found in a college house?? Yet they only TEST ONE?! IF Bryan were the one who could do this in 8 minutes without getting his blood in the house or the victims blood in his car, apt, etc wouldn’t the police want to know if there was an accomplice? Turns out no, they don’t even want to know for certain who actually DID do this bc it just might affect their University’s reputation AKA: MONEY! -The same reason they tried illegally to reverse engineer this case based on Bryan alone when this case has so many suspicious people surrounding it, the investigation should have been the most thorough in history! -They have lied to us through their teeth countless times from day 1. “House was targeted/no the kids were. The roommates were asleep. DM was downstairs. It’s a 2011-2013 Elantra. They scheduled to have this house cleaned out THE MORNING of Bryan’s arrest coincidentally, knowing they had someone to try & pin yet the same day they send a cleaning crew to destroy any evidence possibly left after the cops drove uhauls up & took belongings out? -they told the students they were SAFE this whole time. -they’ve tried to convince us Bryan has stalked those girls since he arrived, that he was an incel DM’ing them. The entire media narrative is complete fabrication -Maybe the WORST of them all is that Bryan told the police straight away in Pennsylvania when he was arrested (waived his Miranda rights willingly to speak with them after he went “peacefully”) to check his phones GPS data so they could clear him bc they had the wrong guy! But they DIDNT!! And they still HAVENT! They could have just brought him in for an interview instead of busting his parents house to bits, especially since they seem to be well loved people in the schools they’ve worked in. They’ve faced financial hardships & their house gets torn apart when in reality there’s zero solid evidence on their son. That part was just gross. Just as the way the poor victim’s families have been treated the entire time! -The state boastfully says “oh we are ready for a speedy trial!” When a year and a half later they are still fighting to give the defense the actual DISCOVERY they’re legally entitled to give right away! THEY are the ones stalling this case!!! They are the ones putting the families through such cruel punishment, which sadly won’t even compare to what they will feel when they see what a p poor job they did on the investigation on who took these innocent lives. More likely than not they jumped too quick by pressure of ppl with $$$ like Scott Green, for one (who got let in on POLICE briefings!!) & they either didn’t care enough or let a 2yr deputy lead one of the biggest cases in the country & no one decided to intervene when they decided to look at a single person bc they drove a white sedan, had eyebrows & wasn’t on the towers during the ever changing time of the crimes. -We have MUTILATED carcasses being left on sorority house door steps, blood smeared on their windows for weeks, a local dog skinned, there’s an axe throwing competition in town, a HUGE fight that same night involving two of the Victims, Kaylee had been scared for some time about someone stalking her (wasn’t Bryan), the police don’t get called - other Greek kids do… 8 hours later. There’s people running from the house in the band field footage. There’s a person acting very strange around the dumpster on footage, you have someone come out and lay out a 19 min start to finish plan of Sigma Chi members going to take revenge, how they accomplished their alibi etc -the same night as the big fight. -There’s massive local substance trafficking issues which tie to two students in the house with some very questionable sentencing being given right before a huge bust.. -students passing away via accident off self inflicted not thoroughly investigated. -several near identical crimes in the area suggesting possible SK in the area -a Purple Heart veteran is taken out by swat for a supposed “roommate incident” but is being told he’s being served a warrant..? In the middle of the night? I could go on the rest of the afternoon but surely that’s enough to say, ALL THIS TOWN DOES IS LIE!!!!!!!!! STOP closing HEARINGS. STOP hiding & withholding evidence. PUSH this case forward with TRUTH, HONOR & REAL JUSTICE!! You owe it to the victims! You owe it to the families! And you owe it to the person you suspiciously arrested, blocked from having a pre trial hearing, blocked the possibility for his right to a speedy trial just as you’re still trying to do going on 2 years now!! It makes me sick that I naively believed in our justice system before seeing this case. I trusted this country was “free”. I trusted that most LE were here to protect us, and now it’s acutely aware of what they can get away with doing to their citizens. Bryan Kohbery could be any one of us right now & it should terrify us all.

My husband is a hunter and processor of meat products , IN his fittest days , he estimated the time to dispatch a large animal , and move on to the next , is up to five minutes. , IF Bryan a non hunting no skills academic , took on 4 bodies , , who put up resistance , that would take 4 x5. It's a feat for a super human. A combat vet . Or else he had help . . There's something not right about this tragedy , MORE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED , FRAT A TAT TAT.

Unfortunately the public at large can't understand that a single man armed with a utility knife would enter a house full of young people, do what he's alleged to have done and walk away without a scratch. It would also appear that this defendant made every mistake humanly possible by driving his own car, getting caught on every camera, bringing his own cellphone, leaving a knife sheath behind that is intended to be securely attached to a belt and then proceed to enter a dwelling alone, knowing or not knowing how many individuals are inside. All while attaining a PHD in criminology and digital cloud forensics. This is only a mere fraction of the laundry list of problems with this case.

Haven’t heard a word about any of those findings or the latent footprint size ten outside DM’s bedroom door. No wonder the house and the possible evidence inside that house has been been destroyed❗️My biggest question has always been why was this small incompetent police department even allowed to be in charge of a quadruple murder case when all involved are obviously biased and University of Idaho graduates from the judge on down who is close friends with the prosecutor❓

MSM will not discuss or put out things that have to do with 8 hour time delays in calling 911 or inviting your friends over to a crime scene or absolutely ZERO DNA evidence found in the defendants car, apartment or workplace. They also don't point out shoddy timelines and gross inconsistencies in the PCA because that wouldn't give credence to the depiction of the dangerous monster that is in every and all photographs of the defendant. When this crime was first reported, my BS detector went off early and often. The entities/authorities handling this case have done an exceptional job of providing waaaay many more questions than answers. That is not a good look when they want to take a man's life.

It’s Government at its finest! It’s not rocket science just get the facts and nothing but the fact and get the case moving!

This entire case is “weird.” We all know MPD eff’d up big time. Also he’s no longer a “suspect.” He’s the accused.

I have more questions about why the states don’t provide all evidence to the defense, They did have those evidence to bring Bryan Kohberger in so were are those same evidence now? To me it’s not the defense delaying everything seems more like it’s the states that’s guilty for most of it cause otherwise it wouldn’t be anything for the defense to bring forward to the judge who has to ask for it again and again that’s bringing more questions about them and if they really have found the right man!

Here is the evidence used against Bryan in the PCA: 1. The paternal DNA match from the trash to the STR DNA on the sheath made by the Idaho State Police Lab (Note: this process has nothing to do with the STR DNA profile developed by Othram for the IGG process). 2. Bryan’s cellphone location data and cell tower data (obtained directly from search warrants to AT&T); 3. Bryan’s cellphone being off the network for a 2 hour period during the time of the murders; his owning a white Hyundai Elantra without a front license plate on the night of the murders (cell tower data obtained directly from the search warrants to AT&T); 4. Video surveillance confirmation that his white Hyundai Elantra was out driving around the night of the murders; 5. The fact they had surveillance video and could observe Bryan getting out of that car later that day thereby linking suspect to suspect vehicle 1; Using this information, investigators had established enough probable cause to obtain an arrest warrant to arrest Bryan Kohberger at his parent’s home on December 29th and for search warrants for his person, property and to obtain a buccal swab of his DNA. Nowhere in the PCA is it ever said that they relied on a finalized CAST report. The defense has had all the data from the search warrants served on AT&T in addition to the draft of the CAST report for almost a year now. Bryan’s DNA being an exact match to the DNA on the knife and his inability to provide a verifiable alibi for the time of the murders are what is keeping him in jail awaiting trial for the quadruple homicide.

It’s strange to have public court cases be private, open the doors!

You do realize it's touch or transfer DNA correct? Touch or transfer DNA is shed skin cells that can be transferred from person to person do objects and find its way to other places. Right now you're touched DNA is in places you've never been and on things you have never touched. Furthermore it's on a transportable object - a knife sheath (that's never even been proven to be the murder weapon) that could have come from anywhere or belong to someone in the house. In Australia touch DNA on a transportable object cannot even be admitted as evidence due to these reasons. If it were blood for bodily fluids found on the knife sheath then it would be a different story. Also there's the whole other issue of how the IGG was results was acquired, but that's a whole other ball of wax that I won't get into in this comment.

It is stupid for this Judge Judge to be worried about people who may not have been involved. The purpose of any trial is to try to determine if the defendany was involved. He is not worried about that at all.

So, if the sheath is all they have evidence of, can’t the defense argue that it’s possible Kohberger once owned the knife or had possession of the knife temporarily (maybe they showed it to him at a party and he held it at one point… who knows) and the girls obtained it from someone else and his trace DNA was still on it. They took the knife out for self defense when they got scared, then the attacker used their own knife against them or took it from them, didn’t know it even had a sheath, left with the knife and ditched it somewhere. As farfetched as this may seem… doesn’t that provide enough reasonable doubt for jurors to consider? Obviously this theory depends on other evidence they may have, but, if the sheath is their prime evidence, this could be a plausible defense and explanation for the sheath being there with his DNA on it. On the other side of this argument, I suppose that if there is no evidence of anyone else’s DNA on the sheath, then that theory can be easily disputed.

Nothing about this case is "norm", on both sides and the judge.

IMO, the biggest mistake was not searching his car when travelling to Pennsylvania. I am sure he disposed of evidence before that trip.

There is no trial date even set for even all of next year or year after. The prosecution’s deadline for Discovery isn’t until September.

I honestly believe there is so much being covered up that even if BK were involved I dont believe for 1 minute he acted ALONE and Im not even convinced those four young ppl are DOA. House and crime scene evidence was deeded BACK to U of Idaho and raised to the ground. Green head of school gets judge to issue a gag order over EVERYTHING and yet publishes a BOOK highlighting the whole thing. Parents acting stange af and smiling for the cameras even as they send siblings of the victims right back to the same school - GTFOH. The whole thing stinks to high Heaven and speaks to a high level of Fear (cant be BK hes locked up) and a cover-up. Of what? Cartel activity? Frats? Rug deals? Money owed? Revenge? Or a jealous lover rage (TRANS perhaps?) TWO surviving roommates lived through saw and heard that level of carnage but failed to call police for 8 hours? Im calling BS on the whole thing. We can already confirm BK is absoultely innocent. JJ is extremely biased. Not only helping the state to hide evidence from the defense, he is also helping hide from the public

We see a lot of poorly informed observers drawing unwarranted conclusion about this case. Bias trumps rational thought at every turn. Of course, the defense wants to stall as much as possible. When they have a guilty client to defend, they’ve got to manipulate the proceedings and seek to sway public opinion in their favor. Besides it inflates their paychecks even more. Changing the venue won’t make much difference. Prospective jurors virtually everywhere have heard and read about this case. Some will lie to get on the jury; some will lie to get out of it. But BK will get a different cell in which to fester. The jail may not have a vegan menu for this pampered perpetrator. And he might need a food taster to avoid being poisoned. I nominate Jay Logsdon for that role.

Doesn’t BK have a public defender? If so, I can’t imagine a public defender being compensated very highly. So, what is the motivation for dragging this out for so long other than simply trying to do a good job? Does the public defender gain considerable popularity for future cases?

The delays are the prosecution not turning over evidence that was used to arrest him over 1.5 yrs ago. She is still missing video evidence, cell phone evidence, CAST report from FBI, IGG information, etc. How can she properly defend him if she doesn't even know what the evidence is or even how they suspected the defendant?

Where's the footage of BK entering and exiting the crime scene... The phone pings..the knife sheath...the time the police and coroner arrived, open front door at 7.30 morning... Exculpatory evidence, WiFi, stalking... These are all arguable..

@@ruthcarter1360 Nearly two weeks before they roped off the property and searched, they allowed the garbage truck to haul trash bins away and then chased after them to retrieve, they had the time of Kaylee and Maddie arriving home wrong and refused to correct it until Alivea Goncalves went public through the media with the correct time, numerous investigators/technicians going in and out most without proper gear, booties, etc, numerous screw-ups from the start.

Scott Green the university president almost immediately had himself a book deal apparently on how to manage such horrific events on campus -"University President's Crisis Handbook". His conduct and influence are OUTrageous! IMO.

Very sus, something strange is going on here. I pray that BK is exonerated. May God himself intervene.

It is never, in the USA, the responsibility of the defense to prove the defendant is innocent.

His cellphone pinged close to where the victims were for weeks before the murders. Wonder if it pinged close to where the dog was skinned?

Pretty simple for me… At best.. he’s a VERY VERY strange individual with an obsession for SKs who coincidentally touched a knife that was later used in quadruple homicide. At worst.. he’s a mass murderer.

He did it. Lawyers soaking tax dollars.

That has not been proven AND for some bizarre reason, the prosecution keeps screwing around with full disclosure and delaying this case. This case cannot move forward until the prosecution complies to what is required by law - what don't you get about that??
