Also alluding to the other owners doing similar things. Allegedly Snyder and former coach Jay Gruden held their cheerleader's passports from them in a foreign country in order to force them to solicit themselves to season ticket holders. Snyder also allegedly held nude photo shoots of the Washington cheerleaders. Snyder and Gruden allegedly held "sex parties" with rampant drug usage and potentially some sexual assaults. Source also stated that Jay Gruden and former running back Kapri Bibbs were at one time sleeping with the same woman. Gruden found out, got angry and benched Bibbs. The next game Bibb's replacement missed a key block and that resulted in QB Alex Smith suffering a broken Leg. Smith has had 17 surgeries and hasn't been able to play since. Lawyers are involved (as reported earlier today) and potentially the FBI.

I'm a Native (Canadian) and I've never found "Redskins" to be offensive at all. Nor have I ever known another Native to be upset about it. My family and friends are honored and proud to have major league teams choose our heritage as their team names. And those are the teams we cheer for. I see more Redskins, Blackhawks, Braves etc. merchandise on the Res than any other teams. We feel as though they are representing us.

You think Robert Kraft hasn't done it? My team plays his twice a year and i can GUARANTEE you that the Patriots pay off refs. Early on in their run, they would mysteriously get away with gross pass interference no-calls. It was so bad that when the Colts and others finally called them out, the league announced that they were going to "reemphasize no contact after five yards rule". But that was just the beginning. The Patriots are dirty to their core. The only difference is that, unlike the Redskins, the Pats were good at cheating the game.

The "Washington Mohawks" Keep the Logo, keep the colours, keep the Aboriginal heritage. Imagine the brand. Imagine the haircut inspirations. As a Native, that would make me excited! ps. I've never found "Redskins" to be offensive at all though.

How many Native Americans actually find names like Washington Redskins, Cleveland Indians, Atlanta Braves, K.C Chiefs, and etc. to actually be offensive? One of my best friends is of Cherokee descent and she doesn’t find it offensive.

@@ethanmarcum5562 I'm Ojibwa/Sioux, and I don't know any Natives that find it offensive. The only one that would be questionable, is the Cleveland Indians Logo, because it's kinda like "black-face" for natives. But I don't find it offensive, because it's not used in a derogatory way, and I find it more comical than offensive TBH.

OrangeAzzClown thanks for responding man. I was just curious because the only people I’ve seen or heard get offended by Native American sports names/logos are people who aren’t Native America.

Tuned out once I heard "Washington Post".

Mmm hard to say. I think (at this point) it’s likely that the journalist started the investigations awhile back on their own accord. Jeff probably caught wind of the story being put together but I doubt he’s tried to push it. It’s just another opportunity for him to capitalize on.
