The owners/managers have done serious damage to their relationship with the fans. All their talk of patience and their longterm project is just empty words meant for investors. Unfortunately, I believe that they are going to make it even worse by selling Gallagher and Chalobah (surely this is why Poch left). Is it too early for protests to break out against them? All of my worst fears when they were announced as our owners are coming true, they know nothing about football and don't care about the club or its fans. I'm furious.

The owners of Chelseafc have done the right thing!!! Look at Real Madrid for instance, they have technical directors who are always incharge of transfers and give them to their head coach to manage and they excel in football! Pochettino is a good coach but he need to stay off the transfer market for the technical directors to do their job! It’s so simple

In nature, Poch is also a collaborative coach. However, I believe it's normal to get frustrated when people who know little about the footballing side (esp. the owner) heavily intervene in the footballing matters as we've seen with the Gallagher contract situation. It's nuts to expect your head coach/manager to go head-to-head with Pep when he's not entitled to build his very own squad of players that he considers to be best suited to his philosophy
