Therapist goes to a Therapy Session by NF

Музыка

Therapist analyzes the lyrics of Therapy Session by NF to discuss how a vital part of therapy is honest expression and the ways in which we can use this song to actually invite that honesty into our own lives. There are often things that need to be expressed that we have a hard time saying, but NF is brave and we can be too.

All I used to listen to was metal, I’m 25 now and NF threw me right into his musical rabbit hole, and I haven’t looked back, this man is a genius, lyrically, aesthetically with his visuals, and he just speaks his mind, I wish more rap was like this, outspoken truth rather than “drugs and women” This man’s music is hella powerful imo

@@AverageSkater Same. Listen to metal, didn't listen to rap until a friend introduced me to Therapy Session, Outcast, and Real. TS and Outcast were the songs that got me into NF. Outcast helps me deal with being so different from the majority of people that I felt like I had no place anywhere and the only way to have a place somewhere would be to change into something that Im not only not, but completely don't understand.

When all falls and crumbles at your feet, knowing that there's nothing else to do but to rebuild or bury yourself into defeat, it cuts like wounds that are open for all to see. One thing to remember is that wounds heal and in this case makes you stronger. Knowledge isn't a one-way road. Your experiences can help others to grow. This life is dark for so many souls, so why not shine a light and break down walls for those people that are on your path in life? 😊 be brave little one and take a step at a time

This is genuinely turning into one of my favourite channels due to the content and your reactions. I’d like to recommend “Poet and the Pendulum” live at Wembley by Nightwish. It is not the normal song people start with when it comes to Nightwish, however it is the song that suits this channel the most as it deals with depression and struggle. It was written by Nightwish’s song writer the keyboardist Tuomas during the hardest time in the bands history and he basically ended his life in the song to stop himself doing it in real life, however the new song finishes positively with a new beginning. It is one of the best written pieces of music you will come across and is broken into Acts. I won’t say more about it. Nightwish hold the record for most reacted song in KZread history with “Ghost Love Score” (normally what people start their Nightwish journey with. However, as previously mentioned, “Poet” suits this channel perfectly, especially if the research is done on the songs meaning beforehand.

I just stumbled across your channl and your content/reactions are stunning. I've struggled with bi-polar depression since middle school which then lead to PTSD with high levels of anxiety in high school after I witnessed my best friend who looked up to me die in front of my eyes. He got hit by a car when the driver was not paying attention and it's stuck with me since. I was 16 then. NF's music, ironically, is MY therapy. Three artists are who I turn to when my depression is hitting hard. NF, Crypt and Dax. A few more highly great songs I would recommend to react to would be: Dax - I can't breathe Crypt - Coffin Talk It'd be great to see you react to those!!!

I have a request for a video. Its not a song but it is spoken word. its called Dear Anxiety by Clayton Jennings. it hits me so hard and i continually fall back to it when im feeling in a rut and feeling down. its so powerful and heart wrenching. really conveys how anxiety can really take a strong grip on you and wring you dry

You should also check out king 810. Top three songs that really represent their talents are a conversation with god, devil don't cry, and Alpha and Omega. They started off more death core slowly transition to classical and jazz and now he does both metal and has an individual side rap career as well. Some people have referred to David Gunn as the modern day Edgar Allan Poe. 🤘

No mater what people tell you in the comments, don’t skip ahead. The journey is his story and is best walked in a linear way.
