Theraband Pilates

This challenging class uses the Theraband to strengthen and tone as well as open and stretch the entire body. (it also works on strengthening the muscles of the hands so that you will find yourself easily opening jars :-))
I am using a long, medium strength Theraband; if you are working with something different you might need to make some adjustments so that it feels comfortable

I have done a number of pilates classes using the theraband but absolutely NONE of them use it as effectively as you. What a marvelous well-paced class - and again your USE of the band shows how effective it can be used. (wow - I can finally do a straight leg teaser!!) Thank you so much for illustrating how to REALLY make use of the band in pilates!!

@@iditspiro 😃I would add that an exercise is something you must DO not merely KNOW... Roller is in my daily routine in the late afternoon. Whatever I might have done during the day, that video&roller adjusts it 😉 Thank you so much 🙏❤️ I am practicing right now. Hello from Italy 🇮🇹😊

These days I teach more private classes than groups. I also teach teacher training courses, and during lockdown we did some of the meetings on zoom, but it’s not as good as doing it live I think
