@@Omega1st The Merriam Webster, as does the Collins, as well as the Oxford dictionaries all define a Eulogy in sense 1 as a "commendatory oration or writing especially in honor of one deceased". Which is what you're referring to. They also give a second sense definition in just two word: "High Praise". Read some more my friend.

Raw materials are taken from Africa to foreign countries to manufacture goods and sell those goods in Africa at ten times the value. The continent is vast; therefore free trade between countries can grow the GDPs of each country. I am inspired by this young man.
