THE DENTAA SHOW | SEASON 1 | EPISODE 9 | *DentaaVISITS
NANA KWAME BEDIAKO aka CHEDDA | Shares his humble beginnings to success...
With a vision to transform Africa and a proven track record of success, Nana Kwame Bediako AKA Chedda aka Freedom Jacob Caeser stands out among the brightest rising entrepreneurs in Africa. In only a few short years, Nana Kwame has achieved an impressive level of success in Accra’s real estate industry with properties in prime areas including Trasacco Valley, Cantonments, Airport, and East Legon. Now he has his sights set on tackling national, regional, and continental development issues.
His company, Wonda World Estates was established in 2001 to develop and manage these projects, and his portfolio soon grew to include over 70 homes. The company recently ventured into more ambitious projects including large-scale modern apartment blocks which will undoubtedly revolutionize the local real estate market by creating world-class housing options in Ghana.

If Ghanaians would consider him in his political bid for presidency in Ghana, maybe they could receive their next Kwame Nkrumah. But will Ghanaians be ready to give a young business man outside the 2 main political stream a chance at presidency?

The only thing I saw was him having practically every nation under the sun represented as heads of his projects but not one of his own. That’s the problem with blacks. When they finally do make it big they welcome everyone but their own to join them in their success. Leave their own behind every time. Smh.

It is great to see young people from the continent coming back to invest in their country of origin. The leaders needs to realize that some of the kings and tribal chiefs that are not putting their countries well being in mind is disgraceful, recently I saw a documentary of the wealthiest kings of Africa and I was disgusted by the lavish lifestyles that they live, while their country is in abject poverty. These youth that are in Africa and the ones that have studied abroad, the ones that are in the diaspora, these are Africa's future, they will bring new ideas for growth for the continent to prosper on another level, the idea of having foreign corporations owning your mines and oil is ridiculous, when the another country outside the continent is the beneficiary of that wealth gains. But I see that their is a change going on a shift in the mindset of many, a sort of awakening, and I believe that it is now Africa's time.

Attaboy! We want to see more of young men like you with the same drive for great business ideas, not only for real estates but in all facets of business or socio-economic life of our beloved country, Ghana. The aesthetic appeal of your Kwarley edifice in the Osu Oxford street area alone clearly shows how tall you stand among the rest in the real estates business. I seriously hope Jehovah God give you the strength to live long enough to beautify the skylines of the city with more wonderful buildings as you're planning to do already.

He's doing a great job. I do have one question though. The media says he's 34. However, he mentions that in 1994 he was 16yrs old. That would make him 40 this year. Ghanaian media needs to do a better job with fact checking smh
