Wow! He is the Jack-of-all-trades. He did the works equivalent of many experts: roofer, mason, electrician, plumber, landscaper, ect. Here in the U.S. most contractors hire subcontractors to do what I've mentioned. In turn, some of those subcontractors hire undocumented workers to do the labor. But not here, rain or shine, he worked mostly by himself. I mostly like that he salvaged the original building materials and gave them a second life as foundation, walls, scaffold, pathways, and so on. I also appreciate that the renovated house has elements of the Asian style.

You would find that this house is not built to the safety guidelines that you would expect in the USA. I have watched a few different videos from other sources to find this guy looks very much like the same guy s in them but with different clothing, hat etc and sometimes a med mask.
