Normal coffee is hot water filtered through the grounds and a filter, espresso is more like steam forced through compressed grounds, and cold brew is a bag of grounds sitting in water in a cooler for awhile to steep. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

If cans wouldn't have the plastic lining inside there would be high chance of rusting inside the can and that would spoil whats in it. This plastic lining is also in all canned foods for the same reason and that's why stores should always trow away any dented cans, because of the chance that it has broken the liner and the liquid has contact on the metal.
