Like I said before, I just want politics to stay off of rooster teeth, its not the place for it. From everything I've already seen from John Oliver, I'd rather not read or listen to ANYTHING he says when I could get the facts myself or from someone else. He has a following of people who will believe everything and anything he says on his shows (and repeat them like gospel) and its fairly annoying.

The Sabre Tooth Tiger evolved to wrestle its prey (bison) to the ground using its large teeth to dig deep into its back and its claws and strong upper body to pull an animal off balance. The problem is that fundamental message: "You're not all bad, but I think that most of you are bad. So stay out." The call to ban all Muslims from entering the US is based on similar logic. I really can't think of any clearer definition of Islamaphobia than that. At the very least, it's a case of mass discrimination.

Granted, I'm not from the UK so naturally I may not get any of the nuances when it comes to their economy but isn't leaving the EU better for the UK? From what I understand the UK was putting more money into the EU than they were getting back. Accepting refugees is economic and social suicide (Case in point: Sweden). Aren't officials in the EU elected by other officials in the EU so the people of the UK have zero control over who is in power and making decisions for there confederation? It makes sense that alot of people would want out.

From what I know mostly the older generation 50+ voted more then young who will be more affected by it then the older people. Alot of people who voted and did not vote thought that their vote wouldn't matter that much. Also the scots want to stay and they're opinion was ignored. Personally it everyone fault for how uniformed they are on this and they'll live with it. There's other reason I read but mostly what I read EU sucks but it's benificial.

Officials are elected from the majority of EU parliament which is elected by all European citizens. Every country has a specific number of seats in EU parliament in which the citizens elect their representatives. Domestic political parties are joining with EU's political parties to try make a majority in the EU parliament. It is like in every parliamentary elections - citizens elect the majority in the parliament and that majority has a mandate to form a government with people the winning political party thinks are fit for a government job. Also unlike in many EU countries, you are allowed to talk with your EU parliamentary representative.

I think the "red" and "blue" blood they talked about, are supposed to represent oxygenated blood (red) and deoxygenated blood (blue). Blue/deoxygenated blood is transported in the veins back to the lungs to be re-oxygenated, and the red/oxygenated blood is to be pumped all through the out the body in arteries to the areas where the oxygenated blood needs to be transported.

When it comes to politics, yes I am much more informed than Burnie is. The Republican party never wanted Donald Trump, and still don't, but they don't have the authority to stop him. Anyone one can run as a Republican, regardless of whether or not the party wants him/her to do so. When Donald Trump threatened to run independently, he was referring to the scenario where he didn't get the Republican nomination.

And Trump *is* at this point endorsed by the Republican party... I don't know why you think he is some kind of grassroots underdog, just because most of his voters are blue collar idiots? I'd also like to take a moment to appreciate that CommanderKeen thinks he's smarter and better informed than somebody who generally avoids serious polarizing political discussion (so you have no basis to judge his knowledge anyway) and is undeniably more successful than he will ever be.

Veins look blue because light has to penetrate the skin to illuminate them, blue and red light (being of different wavelengths) penetrate with different degrees of success.

Moana sicence and politics are different subjects?! you don't say! of course they aren't the same thing, my point is if you're going to speak in a "matter of fact" manner you should probably actually have some facts to back up your statements, otherwise you're just contributing to misinformation. If you're going to say something you aren't sure is 100% verifiably factual you should probably preface it with "in my opinion" "i think" "i heard" etc. its not that hard to do and it keeps you from looking a fool if you are wrong. It's just common sense.

I think you'll find we've just given the elite more power by leaving because they can now change all Human rights laws and make us pay for healthcare again and so on. Won't be long til the UK turns into V for Vendetta

Oh my god they're right. I switched the podcast to half speed and it has me rolling xD

The chat during one of my Verdun matches: "You wanna hear a joke?" "Sure" "Battlefield 1" "HA"

I'm kinda sad that the game of thrones talk happened because it was 30 minutes of just talking about a show I could not give a damn about even if paid. That's a half hour of prime RT podcast time wasted. My reason why I don't like the show. It's strait up to grim and brutal for me to enjoy. If I wanted to watch a depressing show about everyone dieing I'd like it. I watch RT and other youtube stuff and tv shows to lighten my day up.

You have to have the grim brutal stuff to have the good payoffs, though. And they do have great payoffs unlike some shows. *mutters angrily about Penny Dreadful under breath*

I mean, not really though. The podcast isn't always 2 hours long. Had they not done the GoT talk and insted just ended the podcast, it would've been a pretty standard length. The GoT talk seemed like more of an added segment at the end of the podcast than a replacement of a portion of it.

So these folks know NOTHING about politics! I already knew, but this podcast makes it official! Brexit = good. Trump isn't broke. Hillary = criminal/liar! Stick to RvB boys!

+Moana Ever heard of Vince Foster? Benghazi? Hillary takes contributions for the Clinton Foundation from countries that stone women to death for driving... fyi. And she is supposed to be the champion for women? You might also look into the fact that being in the EU means that the people who make your countries laws officially are appointed not elected and are tax exempt with diplomatic immunity. Next question...
