gosh, appreciate it so much, I never looked into it at all, from 2014 I'd get massive pain on my feet from 1-2x a year, 2019 it officially stopped me from working I became an at home dad and 2021 I found me a job that didn't require me to walk now it's 2022 I haven't felt pain for months so I applied for a better paying job to provide more for my kids & I'm back to square 1 with massive pain in both feet unable to walk at all & rolling on a wheelchair. I am slowly falling into depression because I know id be able to do so much more in life and enjoy time with my kids but instead I'm 22 laying in bed, jobless & loosing time with my kids all because of FLAT FEET. now I'm finding any way to fix it and I am going to a doctor already. not loosing hope yet but almost there

I'm not sure what all it takes to get flat feet fixed, but keep trying out doctors until you can find one that will help you. And maybe there are certain shoes or soles that could help relieve you? And if not, keep on looking for a good job that doesn't require you to be on your feet. In this day and age, there should definitely be more to pick from and you've already got experience with it, plus you could possibly get a doctor's note to push it even more. Whatever you gotta do, just stay strong.

I have severe flat feet, this massage feels very very good especially on the part where he’s in pain. I just wonder why he’s acting like it hurts. That is the best part! When they try to push it upwards, best feeling ever. MY Dr did this with a metal instrument. The pain is unbelievable, This guy isnt exagerating. It felt like the instrument was tearing/ripping,burning the inside of my arch.

The worst part of all this is that you have to endure it twice...

Podiatrists are in the business of selling you inserts. You can definitely cure flat feet as long as they're not stable flat. If you have a arch when you aren't load bearing then it's not a bone deformity, it's a muscle atrophy. Exercise and agony can fix it!

Unless its a genetic thing where youre born with it, you can fix it. Foot Arch exercises like this video shows helps, but flat feet are usually a symptom of something else wrong with your body. I had flat feet, and it was because of weak glutes which led to my legs turning inward and causing my feet to be flat. Your body is a kinetic chain, something wrong in one area of your body will lead to problems in other areas of your body.

Had I never seen this video I would have never thought a procedure like this would have been painful. I would have walked into the doctor’s office like unaware prey.

Im so sorry for you, but do what you have to do. Don't quit 💙

When women give birth, their spouses/partners should be next to them getting this done. Just so they can bond. Lol.

If you don't work on it yourself and just go to there once in a while, you get less pain, but you not getting an arch from that alone.

I know this has to hurt like HELL! I also have flat feet and the arch area (or lacking arch area) is extremely sensitive. So getting that done ufff poor guy

I had no idea flat feet could be fixed. My feet are so flat there’s literally no space between my foot and the ground when I stand 😭

I have flat feet but I got it fixed by working them out now I have normal arches

@@vasilminkov4046 it’s because it takes the support arches away and your ankle bone is closer to the ground. imagine walking sideways inwards on your feet all the time. it causes back, hip and shoulder pain because of the loss of support

still ain’t as bad as stepping on a lego I bet.

I need this therapy for myself. I also want to know do they have a treatment plan for children with flat feet. My 6yr old twin daughter and son both have it and would love to correct it before it really becomes a problem. Any suggestions?

I actually didn't know you could fix flat foot or a fallen arch. I need to get this done as well.

I got lucky with stuff like this. Had slight flat feet when I was younger but basically out it trained out of me from sports.(especially marching band, much I did cross and football as well) Had issues with running for years but with massage therapy and constantly being told to run toes first it's not much of an issue anymore. It's still there but I almost naturally walk toe first now to prevent pain and future issues

Wow never knew there are solutions like this Have been suffering from flat feet for 20’years

Him: my heart rate is at 90...seated. Me: literally laying in bed and relaxing and my heart rate is at almost 80 just watching this.

He’s probably an athlete so a resting heart beat of 90 is crazy for him. 80 is a pretty normal resting heart beat for non athlete.

I have flat feet and I received this massage for 3 minutes and I confirm this HURTS

As someone with flat feet this would be a dream come true. Having flat feet has caused me so many problems physically.
