Hi, I'm Kenny 👋
I specialize in helping you heal from emotional hurt so you can elevate your life by helping you get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable.
I am an advocate for truth and healing. So naturally, therefore, my emotional mastery method might initially feel a bit rough. But, when you start finding answers to the questions you ask yourself (even those you're afraid of), break free from self-destructing behaviors, and begin loving yourself and living your best life, you will feel powerful and empowered.
If you have looked everywhere, are desperate for a solution, and you're ready to stop being held hostage by your emotional misery, your journey to emotional mastery starts here.
It's the secret to finding yourself!

I just looked at your website and was shocked at how reasonable your prices are. So many coaches are charging outrageous amounts that no normal person can afford. Thank you for truly wanting to help people. I will be utilizing your courses to heal. Thank you for your integrity! ❤

You may be an acquired taste but you explain things in simple and relatable terms. I look at you as a regular guy and not a stuck up snooty therapist. Not that all therapists are like that but there is a stigma lol. So much of what you say resonates with me in this video series. You have helped me so much I can’t even begin to thank you.

Kenny, I stand in awe. I remember the moment I left myself behind in first grade. 😞 I knew I’d come back for me. Thank you for your mission. This is the perfect catalyst for my journey of self reacquaintance. You shine the spotlight and I showed up to see what you illuminate. Sincere gratitude to you, kind beautiful star being.❤

Thank you Kenny. Your message is the truth, but the truth hurts so bad! One has to be ready for your message. I wouldn’t have believed you 3 years ago, but now I can hear and understand your wisdom.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I’ve realized how enmeshment had played out in other aspects of my life. I’m refreshing my reality and experiencing better things. Not angry at anybody, just full clarity now. My ability to focus in class has also dramatically improved because it’s as if all this emotional weight has been lifted off my shoulders. It’s terrible. How so much of my hastiness and disorganization is a direct result of not being in tune with myself, not knowing who I am or even being able to genuinely accept compliments without feeling weird or ashamed.

Kenny...I am so glad one of you're vids just showed up on my U-Tube feed last week. I've been checking them all out. No one is a better teacher than one who has personally gone through the experiences they are teaching. I love that you tell us about you're personal stories/real life experiences. WOW... I think you would like a woman named Rebecca C Mandeville who has a U-Tube channel and wrote a book called "Rejected, Shamed & Blamed". She talks about scapegoating in families and society. Her book is amazing and I am buying your book too. Thank you for being Y-O-U!🌞

Loving your work! Thank you 😊 Just a share… when you say everything we choose is because of our childhood. I realised why I choose neutral colours to wear and in my home. Wanting to blend in with the background, not draw attention to myself with colours. This I learnt to do ( not stand out) or draw attention to myself as my mother was bipolar. Do anything for her not to notice me, as most times she was in a rage. You are completely right. It’s fascinating when you sit and look at it all. Thank you again for all that you share. 😊

And we would understand ourselves a lot earlier on and so much more but I also do agree with you have to kind of be ready for it… Anyways, thank you so much again, I really enjoyed all of your videos!

Kenny I like the way you don't place blame. Many sites especially about narcissist are angry and vengeful and it just gets us all riled! ( A British word) We are all imperfect and have hurt someone in the past and present and while unlike some personality types we don't intentionally want to use and hurt people, it seems to be inevitable that we fail to get it right. I have learned by experience of those that control others because they have their own shame and that makes me angry because as hurt as I am, I think it's made me more sensitive to other people's feelings. My children blame me for not giving them the perfect childhood and it hurts. Nothing is - said but I can feel it. I wish we could all come out in the open, but not everyone will want to so and we can't force others to see this new insight can we.? So how can we be our authentic selves.? 😢

May I suggest as a woman of color that you avoid issues of race. It's clear that you don't understand them and while I don't condone anyone at all using the n-word there is an understanding that's part of the culture that you may not be aware of . I don't use it I don't like it but you could lose people who need the information you have to give due to your disconnect with the culture. It sounds dismissive insensitive and condescending and no one wants to feel like that when they're trying to learn and heal
